I had a delivery issue and the customer service was extraordinary in terms of response. I switched from Meta Mucil in July and i am very happy with Pinch Magic. Good product. Good people.

I'm very pleased with your customer service regarding my own fault of placing duplicate orders. I have been using your product for about a month now and I am very pleased with the results. I've never taken a fiber supplement before but had some things going on that made me realize I may benefit from it. I feel better, I feel lighter, I feel better health wise than I have in a long time. After a month of using Pinch I can say that I look forward to taking it every night because I know that it's going to make something happen, haha.

The new tropical flavor is awesome. They packed a lot of great flavor in. I was not personally a big fan of the OG lemon ginger so the tropical flavor is definitely a welcome new addition. I actually look forward to and enjoy having a fiber supplement for a change. And the product works amazingly too. Big kudos to the Pinch team for this!

I recently reached out to support about a package that got discarded by the post office due to a mixup with my shipping address (I had recently moved and the package was to be forwarded to a new address) and although it was through no fault of theirs, Matt and Jason have both gone above and beyond to make things right.

This product performed exactly as claimed. Nearly overnight my numerous digestive issues simply vanished. I won't go into the details but I will say the last thing I thought I'd be doing is writing a testimonial for a product such as this. Works exceptionally well, tastes great, is easy to drink, and I have referred two members of my family to use it which they are now doing and finding similar results.

Post-cancer chemo wrecks your digestive system--but this stuff works to regulate things and in my case, in about a week. I am seldom impressed so much by a product. And it's definitely superior to Metamucil and the like--no sugar, no dyes. A sensible, user-friendly website and first class service, too.

For the last six years since I retired, I have struggled with both constipation and diarrhea, never knowing which the day would bring. I had difficulty making and keeping appointments, both medical and social. I had been trying different combinations of probiotics, prebiotics, fiber, prescription drugs, and anything else that promised to make me regular or at least not fearful about making plans outside the home. After taking Pinch magic fiber for several weeks, I feel like I have my life back. I have now subscribed because I don’t want to be without it. I know it’s not magic, but it has transformed my life. Seriously.

This stuff really just works without any of the side effects you get from others. Reason for only 4 satrs is it is a little over priced imo.
