This is all around a great product. I have always felt good using this service because of the transparency with which this company operates and the ease of navigating their website.

I accidentally left my access on auto renew and asked for a refund. It was easy to contact the company. Customer service immediately responded and granted the refund with no hassle.

Worth the money. I was able to find unwanted photos of myself as a child online, and Pimeyes agent was able to remove them with a very easy request. AI may serve humans for the greater good, something I was originally skeptical of. Thank you Pimeyes for your help.

All I read is negativity for Pimeyes, but the truth is that this image search unbeatable for nook and cranny, in depth image search engine. Plus you get three FREE searches before you have to purchase a subscription. Furthermore, I found pictures of a legit person that a scammer was using…unfortunately, it was too late and I was scammed out of a lot of $$.

Previously, I used Tineye but didn’t offer the in depth capabilities of Pimeyes. It is really spooky what is really revealed after the image search so be prepared. Seriously!

After, the first three FREE searches you can buy a subscription for $14.99 or $29.99 you will get extensive info where the picture is showing up across the web. The subscription costs will outweigh the heartache of getting scammed out of thousands of dollars. Also, don’t be fooled by the other websites, like, Catfish, People Verifed, etc. I tried all, and all failed to find a pictures and information of this person I was looking for except Pimeye.

It has an amazing face recognition that is beyond what any other website can provide. But the pricing is extremely expensive. I highly doubt it's priced at a rate where it's equal to the cost of running the website. And that is the issue. Netflix with all the fees for movie license, has a lower cost than you guys. I hope you understand what I mean. A price similar to Netflix would make people subscribe without feeling regretful. But at this price, your audience is rich people and not the average person.

I’m giving PimEyes a 5 star review because it is very user friendly. I heard about it’s ability to leverage Ai with facial recognition. I was skeptical about it but I uploaded a picture and within less than 30 seconds it found some pictures of me on different websites that I didn’t know existed. Even an explicit one that I deleted 9 years ago. While some might feel it’s intrusive I found it to be very helpful.

PimEyes let you search faces in the open Internet (Google) with a foto. Problem they don't include results from any social media like LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.. Most results are the same like the photo you uploaded and seems it got a memory with bad behaviour, if you repeat the search. Like it memorised your past search and shows you the same results. For USD 30 a month, the service get worse and worse. Biggest problem, the subscription Open Plus includes 25 searches a day. Search results are maximised to 200. That's the reason you always get the same results. Why? Every day the message comes, sorry come back later, to high traffic on the machine. If you don't use the 25 or can't use it because the service forces you out, it don't count them up into your user balance. They are lost and expired. Why! Why not add the not used searches to the balance so long the subscription period runs? Thats a bad client service and gets near to a scam. The pricing is far too high for the results you get. What the subscriptions PROtect or Advanced means, no clue, because the pricing is insane and you are not able to make tests before you book. you have to subscribe you can't get a feeling for the service you subscribe.You buy a pig in a poke. From my view, the subscription Open Plus ist worth USD 4.99, not more. So do you need PimEyes? Not really. With the new AI Services from Google faces, Bing, Yandex and other AI Search Engines the Hype for PimEyes ist over. The Idea to find people in the web, was ok. But in the meantime, seams they are all pornstars, escort oder brides you find and the hole social media world is not part of the package and blacked out. Is it a scam? No. But it is totally overprized and user unfriendly with the search limitations. Aswell the algorithm has reached the limits and it was clearly forced through the company. So it's not a scam, but a kind of rip-off. Go over your strategy PimEyes Management.

€19.99 /one-time not per month, for all the duplicate search results of the search entered. Not for a monthly subscription but for 1 search. This is really rude. Not the service is improved, but your wallet is simply robbed.

That you understand, it's like in a big heist. The try to make the last big cash income. So don't book a year subscription, in no case. Because the chance to get a 365 subscription for you money get smaller and smaller. It's possible that they kill the site and engine sooner or later. Im sure they don't develop anymore. Save your money!

I recently used pimeyes.com, they advertised the ability to identify people through their faces, but when I tried to use the service, it was completely useless, unable to identify any of the people that I searched for.

Additionally, when I tried to request a refund for the service on the same day, with only 3 searches, I was told that no refunds were available under any circumstances. This was extremely disappointing, as I had paid for a service that did not deliver as promised.

Overall, I would not recommend this website to others. The service has been ineffective and the refusal to provide refunds is a major alarm signal. Save yourself the frustration and look for a different, more reliable service.

So I am surprised at all the negative reviews here, I subscribed to the service and have been quite impressed with the results. Google and Bing DO NOT return ANY of the results Pimeyes has, save maybe one or two per search.
I will say that I feel like the site does not search social media however, which is a BIG failing.

It's one of the biggest frauds. Don't buy it. Bought it 5 minutes before, and literally gave the same results as it was giving without payment.

In response to the reply by Pimeye: I think I cannot see the difference. Why would anyone pay extra money to see the same results as google Images? That's senseless. Please use several other reverse image search available online.

It was a Polish company - now it's been taken over by some Georgian peasant and the team of ignorant villagers - yes the support went down from European level to no support or no response - if you think You've seen horror - You are mistaken.

I have been using PIMEYES for a year. The product was good but the customer service is not great. I used to get 400- 600 results for every search. Now I get about 70 results and they are usually the exact picture I searched.

I messaged customer service to ask why the search results had changed ( i was consistently getting 400 to 600 results for a year). they said their developers changed the specification of the package so its limited to 200 results.

I asked if they had communicated this to existing subscribers. They said no and that if I wanted to keep the same service I would need to upgrade to their protect service. So I upgraded as they recommended and the search results are still exactly the same.

They have a good product but it is not good practice to change a service and not communicate anything about the change to subscribers. Then when customers ask about the change you tell them to upgrade and the upgrade produces the same amount of results. I feel I was misled by their customer service.

Also the changes theyve made mean that the website no produces very few search results.

Total waste of money. Google will provide better search results. The technology primeyes uses is so basic, if you have eyeshadow on in one photo and no eye shadow in another photo, it says these two humans are not the same and won’t search. And If you do use just the photo with eyeshadow to do a search, instead of finding photos of yourself on the web, you get hundreds of people who have the same skin complexion who are wearing eyeshadow. Total waste of money!
