In most cases, repeated or frequent CAPTCHAs are triggered by VPNs, proxies, or network configurations that appear high-risk to our security systems. We do not charge users “to solve CAPTCHAs,” and the payment is for access to search results and features. However, we acknowledge that excessive CAPTCHA prompts can negatively affect usability, and this feedback is taken seriously as we continue refining our security systems. If you are using a VPN, we strongly recommend disabling it and trying again, as this usually reduces or eliminates repeated CAPTCHA challenges.

Regarding support, we acknowledge that delayed responses are not acceptable. All support requests are reviewed, but during high-volume periods response times can be longer than intended. The subscription fee covers access to search features and tools, not exemption from security checks. That said, feedback like yours is important and is shared internally to improve both usability and support responsiveness. If you are still experiencing access issues, we recommend reaching out again with details about your network setup (VPN, corporate firewall, etc.), as this is typically the root cause.

In some cases, links may no longer work because the source website has removed the content, restricted access, or gone offline after the image was indexed. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control and does not mean the service itself failed or was fraudulent. That said, we do want to review your case properly. Please reply with: 1) The email address used for the purchase 2) The specific PimEyes search URL you unlocked . Once we have these details, we can check whether there was a technical issue with your order or access and advise you accordingly.
