PillSphere is an online pharmacy and healthcare retail platform that provides customers with access to a range of pharmacy, personal care, and health-related products through a digital ordering experience. The website is designed to help customers browse products, review relevant information, and place orders in a clear and structured way. PillSphere aims to present product listings with key information such as pack size, ingredients, dosage or usage guidance, and other relevant details supplied by the manufacturer or distributor, helping customers review important information before making a purchase. Product availability may vary depending on stock status and supplier updates. The platform is built to support a straightforward online ordering process, allowing customers to search for products, add items to their basket, and complete checkout through the website. PillSphere continues to review and improve site usability, navigation, checkout flow, and general order communication to make the experience clearer and more efficient. The business also works to provide customers with order-related updates, including confirmation, processing, and delivery information where applicable. Clear communication around order progress and product availability is an important part of the service experience, and these processes are continuously reviewed and improved over time. Customer support also plays an important role in the platform’s service approach, with customer queries and feedback helping identify opportunities to improve response quality, website usability, and the overall ordering experience. Customer reviews help PillSphere understand how the service is performing in practice, with feedback used to assess areas such as website experience, product information, order handling, delivery communication, and support responsiveness. This helps the business identify areas for ongoing improvement and maintain transparency for future customers.

Easy to order for housebound customers
It was very easy to find the items I wanted and simple to order them. The delivery was good but the questions about me and why I wanted it were a bit different and confusing.

My medication was late
My medication was late, if you're running an online pharmacy that's something you can't do, ever. If I spend 50 on medication I expect it to be on time

I ordered Hydrocortisone cream
I ordered Hydrocortisone cream, later found 2 emails from them saying fill in the assessment form. failure would result in the order being cancelled, but when I tried to fill it in the link came back "Timed Out" so I requested a cancellation and ordered them from another supplier, at a lower price. they rejected the cancellation and when the cream turned up had the gall to make me pay the return postage

Rather disappointed.
I’ve bought Loratadine hayfever medication for years from eBay without fuss. However, after purchasing, this company sent me three emails stating that I had to complete an assessment before they could send me their product. The link to the assessment on each email link was dead.
I requested money back as I didn’t feel the need for an assessment however they then sent me the medication.
