Booster box arrived dented and damaged
Booster box arrived dented and damaged. Was loose in a much bigger box with just a little bit of brown paper. Would expect much more secure packing for a £130 product.

The items in the box were not worth the money I paid. I could I got the 2 items for £23 with free postage from Amzon but I paid £ 29.50. Not impressed and will never use you again

In actual fact the contents of the box came to £26.98 so you got £26.98 of value for £25 and you paid £4 postage which cost me £5.
Prices on Amazon change all the time. We’re an independent store and cannot compete will selling at a loss, I’ll make sure to give Jeff Bezos a call and let him know that he has another person who’d prefer to put more money in his pocket than supporting independent Pokémon shops over £2 difference, you should be ashamed of yourself for leaving a 1 star review because you can buy stuff cheaper on Amazon. Despicable.
EDIT: I have just checked the prices of the items on Amazon and they are:
Pokémon | Sword & Shield 7 Evolving Skies: Mini Portfolio | Card Game | Ages 6+ | 2 Players | 10+ Minutes Playing Time https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09BVTDTHY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_PYKXF740WAKY5D3H29JR
£5.25
And
Pokémon TCG: Eevee Evolutions Tin 2021 (one supplied) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09819SSYW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_3STPA1RJW408MQTSQJRE
£26.95
So this comes to £32.20 so I think you got a pretty great deal and I suggest you should change your review as what you have put is false information / or you can’t do simple maths.
Great
Love the price value but would of loved less doubles. Excellent delivery times too

Easy process, delivered in good time, but terrible packaging, be careful if you're planning to order for unopened collections, box was damaged too but luckily card contents were fine, would still order again though and just hope the packaging gets a little better

Hi Lisa, we have had 1 order from you not 2. Your order was for 3 Shining Fates packs. We are an official Pokémon shop and buy all of our products from distributors - I can guarantee you the products we sell are not fake. I am happy to jump on a video call with you and prove to you that the cards are not fake. So unless you have the other box your talking about confused with another seller I can 100% guarantee that the products we send are genuine, they came from Asmodee the distributor, out of Shining Fates V tins, I can show you the tins and the invoices, and I have a way to show you and prove they are real and happy to have a video call with you to prove it.

Hi Lisa, thank you for your response. Yes I would appreciate greatly if you could edit your review and change the score.
Thank you
George
Great service and communication at all…
Great service and communication at all times. The variation and prices are unbeatable and the lives on tiktok really bring a lot to the nostalgia of opening Pokémon cards.
