Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und jederzeit freundlich.
Auf Wünsche wurde immer eingegangen und man hat regelmäßige Updates erhalten.
Zudem werden die verschickten Figuren sehr sicher verpackt, sodass sie bloß nicht kaputt gehen ^^
Die Qualität der Figuren ist ebenfalls sehr gut und deutlich natürlicher als von anderen Shops!

Alice does such an incredible job making figurines! Her artistic talent is phenomenal, my recent figurine I had commissioned exceeded expectations. She does a fantastic job and highly recommend!

Picodiy's work inspired me to try out making figurines myself. So I decided to buy the starter kit, amongst other stuff (Gadgets, molds and clays). Their customer service is at its peak. It was amazing. I was able to add something to my already registered order and recieved a free shipping coupon so that I could order the additional things without having to pay shipping (as it would be added to my previous order)
They have fulfilled all of my demands regarding shipment and have replied quickly every time I had questions. I will definitely buy more from their shop in the future! Thank you so much team picodiy!
