Second time I’ve been to this shop now and I am still absolutely loving it! Went there today to stock up and saw it was closed :( however Helen ( I think that’s her name sorry if it’s not) case in from home to open the shop up for us and help us stock up on some scents! It’s my favourite shop for candles and wax melts and i will 100% keep coming back for more! Thank you so much!!

I couldn’t give this business more stars if I tried. The shop is absolutely lovely and I was immediately welcomed! Hundreds of scents and not a single one of them smells the same. It’s incredible! The woman who owns it (I didn’t catch her name sorry) come to the shop from her home to open it up just for us. Such amazing customer service! I will continue to support this shop for as long as I can!

Visited this fabulous little shop while staying with my boyfriend. There are so many melts it’s difficult to choose, all beautifully packaged and all eco friendly, even the carrier bags are biodegradable.
The owner is so lovely and so enthusiastic about her products. The single melts scent lasts in an electric burner for up to a week and makes the house smell lovely. I’ve also got the travel diffuser in my car.
Hope this business goes from strength to strength

The smells are amazing and always leave my house feeling & smelling lovely! The perfume inspired melts are the best! Can not recommend enough.

5 stars is just not enough to do Pick n Melt justice - I wish I could give more. I was so surprised at the wide range of different scents! Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful despite how long I spend smelling every melt. Having previously used different melts and diffusers - nothing compares and I cannot recommend enough!

Discovered Pick n Melt at their stall at Port Solent. Lovely owner was so helpful in recommending fragrances as I wanted some lighter summer smells 😄☀️. Tried them out once got home and am delighted with the wax melt quality and fragrance and my house smells lovely. Will be checking out the store in person to see their wider selection.

We were walking down portsolent and came across the stall. The lady running it was really helpful and helped us pick out some lovely candles. All of them smell gorgeous and burn really well. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely lovely products with such a great fragrance selection for any occasion, room or mood. I love that they use soy wax and not paraffin wax. I won't be buying from anywhere else 😍

I have been using pick n melt for about 6 months after getting a candle for Christmas. I like to send people I miss during the pandemic a candle of my own perfume (J'adore by Dior) so they can feel my presence while we're in lockdown!

I've also bought gifts and made sure the scent is special to them, for example I got my BFF one that reminds her of her Grandma (Lily of the Valley).

I have only used them online and the website is so easy to use. Huge range of candles, diffusers, etc. The delivery was quick, the packaging is adorable and when I've spoken to them, the customer service was friendly and really lovely.

I would highly recommend a Pick n Melt gift for yourself or a friend, acquaintance, teacher - they're just perfect for any occasion and personal, and affordable.

Will definitely continue to use them regularly.

I visited the Pick N Melt store this afternoon with my partner after wanting to go for a few weeks.. and we were both amazed at the wide range to choose from! The lady who served us was SO helpful and friendly.. without making us feel like we had to buy anything. I purchased an electric melt burner and a couple of bars of wax melts and oh my goodness they smell amazing! 😍 I will never buy wax melts or candles from another shop again! It’s lovely to know that these melts are environmentally friendly and at such a low cost! Very happy with the service we received and will definitely be returning!

I've been buying from Pick n Melt for a couple of years now, as I was recommended to them by a friend online. There's nothing more exciting than a large order of wax melts arriving, especially with how amazing and strong the smells are - and with such a range of choice that you just don't get in larger retail shops! I've recently visited on a number of occasions, in and out of lockdowns, as I realised that they are rather local for me. I popped in late last Autumn to make an advent calendar for my friend and the shop was welcoming and the member of staff was really helpful. I popped in again today to stock up on car diffuser refills and couldn't help but leave with more wax melts too! I don't buy my candles from anywhere else now, and I'm looking forward to going back to get some room sprays and reed diffusers! A lovely shop, with super lovely staff, and even lovelier scents! Thank you :)

I couldn’t be any more happier with my first experience at pick n melt! The delivery was very fast I ordered and got it the next day, Helen the person I was speaking to and who also delivered my candles was absolutely amazing and very nice genuine person I am absolutely obsessed with candles and wax melts and best thing is the store is local to me and also do delivery! This will forever be my go to place 100/10 highly recommend this business will not let you down has such a huge range from candles and wax melts and tea light and wax burners absolutely amazing!

I ordered a 24 mix of scents 12g cubes and they were delivered within a few days of ordering. They came in a secure box. I haven’t tried all the scents. But what I have tried I’ve liked.

Quick and reliable delivery from this company. Products are highly recommended from me. All scents are lovely and long lasting, even the smallest of melts can be split into smaller to make them last longer.

So much variety and choice, have also previously the melt burners which were really high quality for a good price. Definitely recommend and a happy customer.
