I purchased the puzzle “Christmas Cardinal”. The puzzle was great quality,
fun to do and turned out beautifully. Unfortunately I had 2 missing pieces. I emailed customer support and received an answer within 24 hours. Customer service was timely, professional, and solved my problem. Now I will be able to frame the puzzle. I will definitely buy more Pickforu puzzles. Great company to support.

The puzzles are okay, but they don’t warn you they are coming from China and will take 3 weeks to deliver

Thieves. No way to check the status of the shipment, no way to obtain information - the shipment did not arrive, but the shipment status was delivered.

My wife ordered a puzzle from this company, Guangzhou Leiyuan Trading Co. Ltd., and was told that they would need pictures of the puzzle and then get with their warehouse, and then they would need to get the approval from their warehouse!! Huh?!? Obviously did not want to back their product, admit to no QA/QC, and provide customer satisfaction. Buy from some other puzzle supplier

I ordered Winter Choir but there was a piece missing when I finished. I wanted to frame it so I sent a message with a photo asking if they could possibly send me the missing piece. ‘Jack’ at customer service replied and offered to send me a replacement puzzle at no cost. He said to keep the original puzzle. The puzzle arrived within a short time. I am very impressed with their customer service.

This review is mainly for the customer service Dept "Jack" I had an issue with a puzzle piece missing though they were unable to supply the piece or the same puzzle. I was offered to pick another puzzle. It took 15 days to recieve it but they followed through with their promises. I will be ordering more puzzles. I consider them to be good quality.

I love all these puzzles as I have many. The one I received today is a country themed puzzle but it’s titled “Enchanted Mushrooms “
I’m confused!!

My daughter ordered a Pickforu advent puzzle for me fall of 2024. It had 24 separate little boxes, each of which contained the pieces for 1 of 24 squares that made up the completed puzzle. I loved it: nicely packaged, pieces thick and well cut. After Christmas I ordered two of the same puzzle, planning to give them as gifts next year. They arrived today. Same pictures and box graphics. Slightly different size box and small boxes. But the puzzle pieces are very flimsy, about half the thickness of the original ones. I started to put together one of the 24 squares, to see how much difference that made. A lot! They’re so flimsy that they fit in multiple places. But the worst was the discovery that the 24 pictures had been printed backwards on the puzzle pieces. So you can’t follow the picture on the box, but also, the pieces for Day 1 of the advent calendar, which should have completed the upper left corner of the puzzle, now complete the upper right corner, the spot for Day 6! Not great for an Advent calendar!

It took me 6 months from first finding the site to ordering. I'd seen some of their branded puzzles on Amazon and went straight to the source. It doesn't get good 'feedback' on scam-beware sites and there's another site almost exactly the same that's also considered a bit suspect (the ONLY differences between the two sites are the name, slightly varying stock and the offers - but the rest of the site is identical) I did as much research as I could (China, of course...) and went to and fro about whether I wanted to risk it, but they had a good offer on and it was around £47 delivered for 3 puzzles. There are only a few of the puzzles on Amazon and they retail for between £23-33 so it was a significant saving. PICKFORU has some really beautiful designs and quite honestly there are dozens I'd like to buy but I went for just the 3. I ordered on the 26th Nov (paid with PayPal for an extra boost of confidence) and received an order confirmation, followed three hours later by full tracking information and received on the 9th Dec. The actual puzzles are of a decent print quality, certainly better than expected, the pieces - though quite thin - are actually quite strong and almost feel a bit 'plasticky' but fine to work with and the overall puzzle (only 1 completed thus far) fitted together pretty well with no missing pieces. The pieces are supplied in a zip-lock bag and a big poster of the completed picture is included - that's handy if there are two of you working on the puzzle as sharing the lid for detail can be tricky!
HOWEVER... my lack of a fifth star is due to two small niggles I have. As I have read in other reviews (so I was expecting it) the pieces are quite shiny and reflective. I puzzle in a room with wall lights so it didn't really create an issue for me but I imagine if you were to puzzle in a room with overhead spotlights you might find it a problem. My second gripe is with the packing. My 3 puzzles were stacked, very well wrapped in bubble wrap and then wrapped in plastic. I was amazed to receive the puzzles with no bashes on the outer 8 corners - the boxes were perfect! Unfortunately the one sandwiched in the middle had had a collapse on the box lid and was all bent in. Yes, I know! - it's only a box lid! But I take pride in my boxes and think them as important as the puzzle held within, so it's really not a major issue - just a disappointment, but I'd be happy to spend a few extra pounds to have them delivered in a box.
Overall - from what I was expecting, I'm actually really pleased with my experience and would shop there again as they really do have some lovely puzzles. I was happy with both the price and service, and I haven't noticed an increase in spam or feel (again - so far) that I've been compromised in any way.
I wanted to leave a review as people might be put off by the negativity surrounding the site and although I obviously can't guarantee it for you - for me it was a good shopping experience.

I put a complain about a puzzle (aztec z-o97) and never have answer . I will never bay anything to your company

They shipped within a few hours of me placing an order. I had a promo code and didn't realize it hadn't applied until I had already checked out. I sent them an email and they credited me the amount back the same day. The puzzle quality is decent and their selection is very unique!
