Lots of payment gone to my bank account wonder how they got my details given paypal have no record

Do NOT buy from this site especially company called YOUYOU ordered doorbell which took three weeks to come as didn’t know it was coming from China. Totally different doorbell to the one I brought.
Here I am four months later trying to get refunded for postage - had to do a chargeback via my bank as could not get a refund. TOTALLY APPALLING!!!!!
They lie to you all the time - company is YouYou but you won’t know that until you receive your parcel

Pet tracker was faulty was faulty and does not charge. Pickdeals haven't responded to support to their support email address and their '24/7' support form on their website doesn't submit. I'm are so far unable to receive any support for faulty item despite the advertised 1 year extended warranty and 24/7 support. Avoid.

I bought 2 door bells. They don't work - you just get a load of Chinese gambling adverts when you try to download the instructions. The customer service team simply ignore your emails until you give up contacting them

Quality of item was poor, missing parts as I ordered a pan that was meant to come with a lid - the lid never arrived.

The worst part is the refund process - they require you to submit a request which is responded by an automated email response and has 3-5days to respond. They don’t comply and you never hear from them and when you follow up it comes back with another 3-5 days.

AVOID this is a SCAM seller

The tracking units supplied through this company are very poor quality - one did not work at all, the other shows an inaccurate location and the charge on the battery does not last. Support from their Hong Kong base was useless - loads of promises, no delivery. Do not buy from this source.

Avoid – Poor Quality Product & Refund Made Almost Impossible

I purchased a metal detector for £65 from this site as a gift for my son. Unfortunately, when it arrived the quality was extremely poor and nothing like what was advertised, so I contacted customer service to arrange a return.

This is where the problems started.

I was told that in order to get a refund I would need to return the item to China at my own expense. This was not made clear anywhere during the purchase process, and the cost of shipping internationally would likely be close to the price of the product itself.

For the past two months I’ve been stuck in an endless back-and-forth with customer service. They initially offered only a very small partial refund instead of accepting the return. Two weeks ago they finally confirmed I would receive a full refund, but they have now gone back to offering only a partial discount again.

The whole experience has been frustrating, time-consuming and very disappointing — especially as this was meant to be a present for my son.

My advice to anyone considering buying from this site: be very careful. If you are unhappy with the product, returning it appears to be extremely difficult and costly.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After researching car vacuums I saw that the one I bought came first on ratings. ( No doubt ratings compiled by the company.) I foolishly decided to buy despite it being more expensive than others.
It is not fit for purpose. The dust container is so tiny it would be full very fast and the nozzles minuscule!
Although the company say that refunds are possible, you cannot send items with batteries via post to China. We have reached a stalemate. Despite the item going to a UK centre then distributed via EVRI you cannot send items back to the UK centre. I have been offered 15% refund and keep the item. That’s useless when the item is useless! A total CON. Don’t waste your money on this company.

I cannot believe this company! I bought a digital camera with rave reviews I suspect all manufactured!). It fell way short of the specifications so I followed their instructions to return for a refund. They made me jump hoops in submitting photographs to demonstrate where it didn’t meet the specs, and then made me pay to send it all the way back to a completely weird address in China.I sent it by Royal Mail tracked international and it got as far as Customs in China. After battling with customer support, I got a refund, then 3 weeks later I receive a reply from the support in French (!!) saying the photos I sent are being analysed and I will get a verdict within five days!!! What a joke - avoid this company at all costs. I’d really like to give them minus 5*!

Bought a doorbell camera but it didn't meet my expectations.

After many attempts I finally had an email from their customer service which said that if I sent it back (at my cost) They would refund me in full including my postage.

This is part of an email I had off them on the 26/12/25.

That's the last I've heard from them, I sent countless emails asking to be kept informed as to what's happening but nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. SCAMMERS

Avoid total scam
ordered a metal detector as a gift when arrived a part was broken I got in touch with them via email they said I could return for a refund at a cost or they would send replacement at no cost I decided on replacement I was told that I would receive a tracking code in the next 2-3 working days it 2weeks since and still no reply I have contacted again they do not reply a total scam DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY TOTAL RIP OFF .you should be able to leave a no star review

Ordered wildlife camera, took weeks and on arrival, box broken, missing parts and the camera itself looked fake. Advised to send back for refund and insure it for $2 - cost £100. Post office advised c£40 postal cost and will unlikely arrive. Company have been appalling with communication, there is no free return, as stated and quality of product is poor.

Ordered online, was lead to believe it was a UK product ,took weeks to come from China, not fit for purpose unless, tried reaching out to customer services, was told to return product to seller ,was taking £27.50 to return a product that cost £ 58.00 ,complained again ,offered 7% discount £4.00 and that was that it,they stopped replying to my emails, luckily I had paid through PayPal, complained to them and got a full refund and still have product which is unless, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.....

Brought a purepeeki doorbell offering a full refund if not satisfied within 30 days from pickdeals,can't set doorbell upto Bluetooth and asked for a refund but was asked to upload a video of it not connecting and if I wanted a full refund I had to pay shipping costs import tax etc or get a 10% refund and keep a no good doorbell for me that won't work for me

Total scam and similar experience to others. I thought it was a UK website and the reviews for the product, a cordless car vacuum cleaner, seemed good but what I was sent was a cheap knock-off from China which didn’t match the product spec. When I tried to complain a sympathetic AI strung me along for several emails and then I was blocked.

The doorbell/camera I received was next to useless. It did not send notifications to my phone when the door bell was rung. I could have bought a basic doorbell for a fraction of the price.
I requested return and refund. I was asked to supply a video of how I set up the equipment, which I did. Since then they have completely ignored my numerous emails regarding refund etc.
£69 down the drain.

We ordered a juicer for €130 and they sent one of them SilverCrest ones that you can buy in Lidl for €50.

Now they don't reply emails and we are stuck with this garbage.

O Stars. The air fryer arrived faulty, not packed, bent plug, shipped only in its dented product box. The automated response to a request for return and refund was fast but then nothing despite numerous attempts to get a refund. It was not cheap. The review was well written, now I realise done by them claiming it was a non toxic air fryer. I wouldn’t trust this cheap product from China. It is a scam.
