This company is a scam.Now I realise it, it's obvious, from the mis-spellings on the website to the insistence on WhatsApp to communicate. What's weird is that they will lead you on, promising to turn up and then let you down at the last minute. It's only after this has happened several times that you realise that they're never going to turn up and they stop responding to your messages.
Really weird. Whoever runs this nasty operation, why don't you please do something better with your life?

Very rude after cancelling a booking enquiry

I specifically chose this company because their website presents them as specialist piano movers with trained teams, specialist equipment and professional handling procedures for valuable instruments. The reality was completely different.

The person who arrived was polite, but openly admitted he was not a specialist piano mover and had simply been contacted and given the job. More concerningly, he appeared to know nothing about the company itself and initially seemed to think THEY were the client rather than me. That immediately raised concerns about how little oversight or vetting had taken place.

The piano was moved using what appeared to be a standard moving dolly secured with bungee straps and blankets rather than specialist piano-moving equipment. My piano is over 60 years old and was in good condition before the move. I had provided photographs beforehand so the condition and nature of the instrument were clear prior to booking.

Following the move, the piano sustained significant visible damage including scratches, chips, dents and damage to the wood finish and edges. Flooring was also damaged during the move.

The original moving date had already been cancelled the night before because another job had overrun, causing additional disruption during a house move.

What I find most concerning is the huge discrepancy between the specialist service advertised and the service actually delivered. The website prominently displays Trustpilot branding despite apparently having virtually no Trustpilot review history, claims specialist piano-moving procedures including piano dollies and trained teams, and presents itself as a professional specialist company. Based on my experience, what was actually provided appeared to be a subcontracted general moving service with little evidence of specialist piano expertise.

I paid £270 specifically because I believed I was hiring genuine specialist piano movers. Had I known the job would simply be passed to somebody who was not a specialist and appeared to have no real connection with the company, I would never have booked them.

I submitted a formal written complaint with photographs several days ago requesting insurance details and a response regarding the damage. The company has still not bothered to respond.

Extremely disappointing experience and not a company I would trust with a valuable piano.

I booked this company to pack and move a mini grand piano. 2 men in a van arrived over an hour late, they were expecting to move an upright piano that was already packaged as that's what the company had told them. When I booked, i booked for a mini grand piano to be packed up and moved. They did not have the correct equipment and had been given incorrect information and were unable to do the job. We paid £100 deposit. Andrew who was our contact with the company who arranged everything then stopped replying to any messages and would not answer his phone. Someone called Imogem, also from Piano movers uk, finally replied and said they would process the refund of £100 and it would like 3-5 working days. That was 6 weeks ago and i have not received any money back from them. I have called and messaged but still no answer. I would never use this company.
