Customer service is brilliant. I live in Thailand, where it can be difficult to get deliveries of products. I've previously ordered from Phyba via Shop, the access was changed to allow delivery to Thailand. It had been a few months between ordering again, when I went to complete my order, Shop didn't allow delivery.
I sent an email asking if they still did deliver here, the outcome was yes, something need to changed and then it was sorted.

I always receive a prompt reply, It's always personal and friendly, and it's always James who you speak to! I've never known a company where you customer service needs are met by the owner himself.

And delivery itself from Australia to Koh Tao Thailand, it's a decent delivery time, tracked and easily followed.

Have started using the Sonic Energy and it is brilliant! We knocked a solid 4 min off our last hyrox time (3 months ago) using sonic for our workouts & the race. And I felt so much better on the faster race as I could really feel the energy sustained me for the whole race. I cannot recommend this product enough! I also ran a 49min 10km after using Sonic which I genuinely never thought would be possible!

You must incorporate this product into your workouts and races! I have got a few people into this now and they all feel the same!

Its hard sometimes to choose products when you don't have all the information and that information can be overwhelming in the first place... Anyway I tried this one hoping it'd be as good as the recommendations and I like it.. less weird aftertaste than other brands which I appreciate alot. So that's a win. I haven't been on it for long but hoping it does all the things it's says😅😍

Great product easy on the stomach plenty of fuel to get through the race or my CrossFit workout. I would say the best I’ve had over 20 odd years in the Fitness industry.

Easy order process, great product information, pretty good delivery time, delicious protein (salted caramel), so much nicer to drink than standard protein powders.

Incredible customer service and great product

The product itself is fantastic and I’m really happy with the quality. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. I sent an email immediately after purchasing (literally minutes) to explain that I had accidentally completed the order instead of applying the 15% discount ( otherwise I would have not spent that amount of money on a product that I’ve never used previously) but unfortunately, I never received any acknowledgement or response.

A simple reply would have gone a long way, so while I love the product, the lack of communication was frustrating.

Very prompt delivery. I’ve only just started taking the gut health today so can’t comment however I love the taste of all 3 in the gut bundle.
