We would like to thank the Phuket Travel Store, especially Sunee and Peter for organizing some of our tours in Thailand. The team was really professional and we always had quick replies to our queries. We visited the Palais Royal de Bang Pa-In, in Ayutthaya the Wat Maha That and had a boat tour back to Bangkok with lunch. We took part in the breathtaking Coral/ Racha Catamaran sunset tour with music. Lastly we also had a Phuket and Farm tour where we learnt a lot about the Thai culture, saw many interesting temples and places. Our guides were kind and knowledgeable. Everything went well and we can suggest taking these tours to visitors but accessibility needs to be improved by providing lower cars or accessible vans, boats with accessible bathrooms as some examples. Phuket travel store is committed to improve accessibility by looking at providing beach wheelchairs. Thank you for your support and interest in improving beach access to people with physical disabilities.

Wij hebben de early Surin islands tour gedaan vanuit Khao Lak. Van begin tot heteinde was het fantastisch georganiseerd. Bij aankomst stond een verrassend ontbijt voor ons klaar, waarna we klokslag 07:00 uur vertrokken. De gids, kapitein en zijn bemanning waren geweldig en behulpzaam. Wij zijn de hele dag ontzorgd en kwamen niets te kort. Eten en drinken ( niet alleen water!) in overvloed.

Wir haben die Krabi 4 Island Tour gemacht. Von Anfang bis Ende war alles sehr gut organisiert. Unser Reiseleiter und alle Crew Mitglieder waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vorab war immer sehr kurzfristig ein Ansprechpartner für Rückfragen erreichbar. Für mich gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

Wir waren in Phuket und hatten Ausflüge vom Hotel angeboten bekommen, zufällig aber auch über Facebook Vorschläge von Phuket travel store. Wir haben dann über WhatsApp super easy kommuniziert und wirklich schnelle, kompetente und hilfreiche Antwort bekommen! Buchen war ebenso easy und einfach gleich über WhatsApp! Super Preis Leistung. Vorallem die Leistung hat dann überzeugt! Abholung im hotel überpünktlich und freundlich! Ausflug selbst ein Traum....Wir haben die Kho Phi Phi early bird Tour gebucht und es war super. Die nächste Tour ist bereits gebucht, es geht zum james bond Felsen.
