Minor issue fixed almost instantly and very courteously. Not only that, they checked to make sure I was satisfied.

I LOVE these presets and courses this company does. I Discovered them several years ago and bought lots of the presets back then. I purchased some new ones recently and asked about my old account if it could be found as I’d lost my copies saved on hardrives. Patrik was such a kind help made a lot of effort to try to find my lost account trying all the old email addresses I gave him but probably was far too old to find. But they sent me a few of the old presets I referred to as a complimentary gift. Thankyou so much for your wonderful customer service and care. Highly recommend photoserge 👍🏻

Superb tuition. Can't get better anywhere

I recently completed the Serge Ramelli photography workshop in Page Arizona and was completely satisfied with the locations that we were photographing and the instruction that I received. Serge and his staff made the experience one to remember for a long time. I learned so much and look forward to learning more from Serge in the future.

"I was so intimidated by my camera until I took Serge Ramelli workshops. They have a fantastic teaching style that breaks down complex technical terms into easy, practical steps. I left the lessons always feeling inspired and the knowledge on how to use my camera in manual mode. A truly wonderful and supportive learning experience!"

"I am taking Serge's courses and cannot recommend Serge and his Staff highly enough! I went from struggling with basic manual settings to confidently understanding composition, lighting and his Master Knowledge of Light room Classic,Light room along with other photo software.
Serge is incredibly patient, offers hands-on guidance, and provided feedback that instantly elevated my photos. If you want to take your photography skills to the next level, take his courses and weekly sessions!"

"Five stars! Serge Ramelli and Staff are exceptional teachers. The lessons are engaging, practical, and tailored perfectly to my skill level. I learned more with them than I did watching countless tutorials. Highly recommended!"

Your videos are wonderful and energetic Serge. I have bought most of your courses and they are all extraordinary. My favorite training videos by far. I am amazed at the professionalism and great way you actually make this video and others. Amazing. Jess Buttery

Patrik followed up my certificate which had not arrived. After he did some investigating I was able to track it and it arrived. Excellent service. Thanks very much for your help Patrik

I recently signed up for the Institute of Photography Masterclass. When I did this, I mistakenly used a different email from the other classes I had previously purchased. I initially had access to the Institute until I logged out. When I logged back in, I lost access to the Institute. Patrik at PhotoSerge Support was able to combine the two accounts under my preferred email, and I regained access. Thank you, Patrik!

They are truly masterful when it comes to customer service!

Serge is such a good person to to show you how to improve. It is such a positive experience working with these photographers to learn how to improve and show off your talent.

The support team was extremely quick to correct an issue with my account.

My problems were complex and there was a great deal of communication. The answers were prompt and kind.

Great service from start to finish and the tutorial information is second to none absolutely fantastic Serge is brilliant and has a certain way he delivers his tuition that keeps you engaged and wanting more ...5🌟
And the customer service experience when I contacted them was 5 🌟 very helpful great experience all round

You are always ready to help, no matter what stupid thing I've done. You are kind and friendly and if you're impatient with me you don't show it. Thank you!

Very good training combined with a thorough and kind support when need arise. Definitely a returning customer 🙏

I've followed Serge's work for about 15 years, but it wasn't until joining his fine art photography program that his real genius as a teacher shone bright - wow! There is so much in the course for photographers, and it's all approachable no matter what level you are at. I expected to learn things about Lightroom that I didn't know, but discovering the way Serge approaches photography, composition, camera settings, and more was icing on the cake.

Purchase process was a piece of cake, communication was great, training is very good so far and downloadable. I reached out to support with a question and they were FANTASTIC. A+ operation!
