Il faut faire couler ce genre d'arnaques

They've used my images and content without permission, breaking copyright law. They've also made errors about my business and location. I've requested 'my' profile is removed as I did not consent to this.

Photography 1000 ha utilizzato i miei dati personali e alcune mie fotografie senza autorizzazione: hanno creato una vetrina a mio nome prelevando immagini e informazioni dal mio sito fotografico, senza che io abbia mai richiesto o approvato nulla. Un comportamento gravissimo e totalmente scorretto, da denuncia.

I don’t know where they got my information from but clearly they are getting it from somewhere? It’s clearly a scam, I found it in my junk mail and not sure what it is but it needs shut down!

This is absolutely laughable... the site looks terrible and is full of spammy ads. Why on earth anyone would even search here is beyond me.

Je suis photographe professionnel en Gironde. J'ai découvert qu'une fiche à mon nom commercial existait sur ce site, à mon adress, sans que je l'aie jamais demandée ni autorisée.

Le contenu a été aspiré automatiquement depuis ma page Facebook : nom, coordonnées, et mes photographies. Ces images sont des œuvres protégées par le droit d'auteur. Et soumises au droit à l'image car un modèle apparait. De fait qu'elles soient visibles publiquement sur un réseau social ne donne aucun droit de reproduction à un tiers.

Deuxième problème : je suis micro-entrepreneur, donc personne physique. Mes coordonnées professionnelles sont des données personnelles. Je n'ai jamais été informé de cette collecte, contrairement à ce que prévoit le RGPD.

J'ai reçu un e-mail contenant un lien de suivi vers cette fiche. La démarche consiste donc à créer un profil non sollicité, puis à démarcher la personne concernée pour qu'elle le revendique.

Je demande la suppression complète de cette fiche et de tout contenu m'appartenant. Aux confrères qui liraient cet avis : vérifiez si une fiche existe à votre nom, vous ne l'avez probablement pas demandée non plus.

Email after email after email. Terrible way to do business.

It is literally spam and maybe also scam.
The took my info from my FB page without my approval and spamming me about 4 emails a day for the last 2 years!!!

Daily spammy emails with links that are almost certainly dodgy, and likely contain malware. AVOID at all costs.

Haben einfach ohne meine Zustimmung mit meinem Namen und meinen Bildern, die sie geklaut haben, einen Account bei denen angelegt. Auf den Hinweis das zu löschen wird nicht reagiert. Stattdessen spamen sie einen weiterhin zu.

Spam mich unerwünscht zu. SCAM.

Photography1000 created a public profile in my name, without my knowledge or consent, and published twelve of my professionally licensed photographs — again, without permission.

As a photographer, I take copyright seriously. I contacted them directly and politely explained the issue, clearly stating that they were using my work without authorisation and needed to either remove the images or license them properly. I even issued an invoice for commercial usage.

Despite this, they have completely ignored me. No reply, no removal, no payment — nothing. Cowards!!!

I’ve now had to escalate the matter legally, as this is a clear breach of copyright under UK law. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but quite another to intentionally ignore a creator’s rights and think it’s acceptable to exploit someone else’s work for your own gain.

If you’re a photographer, creator, or ethical business owner — I would strongly advise against working with these clowns. Their behaviour is unprofessional and legally questionable.

I received an email yesterday from this company advising me they were using my work and details,
I have not given this company permission to use my work or details. I have written to the giving them seven days to remove all my work and details or I shall sue them for breach of copyright

As with many others I found out today via an email buried in the Spam folder of my gmail account that, without my knowledge or permission, Photograhy1000 had created a listing for me by skimming my profile, profile photos and some of my pictures from my photography Facebook page.

This "business" copied outdated information from my website from a couple months ago. Stole my pictures too. What an embarrassment!

Das unternehmen oder was auch immer es ist, erstellt einfach so einen Eintrag auf Ihrer Webseite um angebliche Angebote von freien Fotografen zu zeigen, dabei klauen sie auch die Bilder von einem, (in meinem Fall von Facebook) ungefragt und verbreiten diese. Habe die Seite aufgefordert mein Profil zu löschen, da ich sonst anderweitig anwaltlich gegen vorgehe.

Like others here, I learned this vendor had created content from my photo library without my permission. I was notified in an email (I just happened to find it while reviewing my spam folder) that I could "claim" my account and there are fees associated with doing so.'
I have replied that I will be filing complaints with state and federal authorities.

This site is just bad, clearly just sucking data from a website without any care or relevance.
Clear;y run by a bunch of tech heads with no marketing skill … or ethics.
Tried to have removed but whoever runs this site (if anyone at all) is just a jerk - trying hard to not be offensive :)
