PhotobookShop Anmeldelser

I have been using Photobook Shop for quite a few years now. I make a calendar for my family every year (and one for myself). They are beautiful, the photos come together and it all looks wonderful. Lately I have even been putting together a yearly book of memories and I have been loving it! It's a great way to bring together all the photos and memories from the year. AND I get all of these for such great value for money! The only thing I could suggest would be some different fonts/templates for the program they use. Other than that, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After some initial issues with reordering books, all went well. Issues were resolved professionally and with friendly courtesy. The books were received in a short timeframe. Very happy with the service. Been using Photobook shop for about 10 years and wouldn’t think of using anyone else. Thanks team.

With your software and my photo's was is an easy job to compose very special and beautiful calenders

Very easy to order and the on- line design process was quite user friendly. The company were quickly contactable when a small hitch on my part held up ordering. The photobook arrived quite quickly, packaged safely and the quality did not disappoint.

So boring, the same brilliant service and the same excellent product so reasonably priced. I can't fault them. You will be pleased with their service.

There is nothing harder than going through a thousand photos to find the best ones to go in a photobook. The Photobook company has made the process so much easier by letting you download the software to create your book, at your pace, giving very easy and instant access to all your photos, without the trauma of uploading them first. The photo editing tools are great. Positioning and sizing of photos is easy once you see some of the help guides. When you are ready, the project is uploaded with only the photos in your book. The finished product was a much higher quality than expected. Pages are thick, not flimsy. The covers are printed. I selected their "lay flat" book - and the ages lay flat when you go through the book. This is a great product, so much so I have already made two books. I'm inspired enough to go through older photos and make more books.

Absolutely perfect picture of my furbaby
So quick and easy to navigate the plcture to be processed

I ordered photo books from the PhotobookShop several times. They are very professional, responsive and a great company to work with. Thank you for your good service.

Have used this company to make photo books several times in the past. Very user friendly. I got the $30 odd photobook this time, soft cover. Very pleased with my project which was a small memento of a week's holiday with three friends. I'll be going back after our next holiday for sure.

I have been using Photobookshop for mang years for small and large books, calendars, canvas and acrylic prints. They are amazing, NEVER had any issues, prints are perfect, delivery is fast (even to Tasmania)! Highest recommendation.

Good quality printing on the correct thickness of paper.

Easy to use online program and wondering book produced as a result. Couldn't be better.

Shocking customer service. My project was deleted- even after I followed their email instructions to confirm I was still working on the project. I've had back and forth emails for weeks now to follow up and after no luck was told to email another department- who for 2 weeks have never responded. Super disappointing. From reading other reviews it seems their software is not reliable so I will be taking my business elsewhere and highly recommend this for anyone looking for a reliable service.

This order was a replacement for an order damaged by poor handling by the courier. The offer of a replacement in place of the damaged order was above and beyond and greatly appreciated.

We're delighted with every book we have bought from PhotobookShop. The books are easy to complete and if you pre-purchase vouchers from them it's also very affordable. The quality of the many books we have had printed by PhotobookShop remains consistently high. These books are a wonderful way to preserve happy times with friend and family.

Photobookshop makes photobooks easy, great quality books, I know as I have ordered over 100 books from them. Excellent support and easy to use software. Great Aussies company

The book looks great and it was very quick from uploading to receiving the printed book.

PhotobookShop does an amazing job with these photobooks. Very happy with my latest project which was delivered quickly and finished extremely well.

I've been using this software for many years and recently, I had a problem with the final product. I sought some assistance and received an email with advice on how to get the most out of the software and a voucher for a reprint.

I use the downloaded version rather than the online version and have found it has features that help significantly in a better quality product.

Easy to use software, great quality photobook and quick delivery. Only issue we had was that paying with visa debit card wasn't working.
