Phonica Records Anmeldelser

Top-notch record store, great in-store events. Very knowledgable team on hand. Love this place! Great sweatshirts too :)

I started floating, didnt know i could do that... was in Phonica when it happened so 5 stars! Didnt buy anything as was more concerned with the supernatural powers that took me, but they have a great selection! I'll be back once I learn how to harness this energy.

Ordered online and was sent the wrong record. Contacted customer service via email - no response. Same via phone. Emailed again. This time got a nonsensical response verging on rude. No offer to exchange for the record I originally ordered and no response to further emails I sent. Terrible service. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Seriously impressed by the website and selections. Very slick operation.

I only ordered a record online yesterday and it has been delivered today. Excellent!
Thanks.

Well terrible experience and also rude staff. If you are in London and want to be nervous, go to Phonica and buy a "new" record with some marks on it, you ask for a replacement of the record, they don't have them in stock and they can't refund your money because of company policy. Conclusion: I was forced to bring a marked record home without refund or discount for this. I am totally disappointed with the store and its staff.

Phonica is my top destination in London when I’m visiting from New York. I’ve shopped in record stores across the globe and this is my favorite of them all. The music selection is curated and deep, the staff are knowledgeable and eager to help and the other items like books and merch are great, too. Not to be missed if you’re in London!

Phonica is just the best record store. The staff know their s**t and they're super helpful. Well worth a visit if you're in London.

Extremely knowledgeable staff and excellent customer experience!

Still the best record shop in London for the latest in House, Techno, Disco, Electronica (and beyond) plus a huge back catalogue of releases too. Knowledgable staff and multiple listening stations (turntables and iPads) to help you find what you're after. Great selection of merch too. Recommended!

I bought a Rega Planar turntable at Phonica recently. The guys gave great product advice, ordering was easy and delivery super quick. Highly recommended!

Great shop and amazing staff! I've been going there for a few years now and the music selection is always on point! Simon, the owner, has a deep knowledge of music and he's very friendly. I highly recommend this place if you like music, from beginners to pro :)

If you're in Soho looking for records you definitely have to visit Phonica. Excellent collection of records, staff are so friendly and helpful and the shop itself has such a great vibe.

Staff are both rude and unhelpful, avoid them like the plague and be prepared to lose your money!
