poor customer service

Didn’t have the colour I ordered. My reply went to phoneinc junk email, but no follow up from phoneinc. I paid for 2 full price freight, but had to wait a month as both purchowere combined into 1 package. No reply to multiple requests for delivery date. Customer service completely lacking.

Great service and speedy delivery

Great service and speedy delivery. I accidently stuffed up applying a discount on ebay and they were more then happy to cancel the order so I could apply the discount. Delivery was quick and couldnt be happier with the product. Well done.

No communication until I posted on here

Edit: After posting my troubles, seller has responded with the device shipping confirmation.

Bit of a shame I had to resort to public shaming but they have responded so should be all resolved when I receive it.

You want a review but I dont even know…

You want a review but I dont even know whats bloody going on.
Purchased a phone only to be told there was none in stock - yet a week later they are still advertising these out of stock phone. Was offered a different phone that I dont want - I have sent numerous emails but no one replies. Whats going on? Are sending me a phone I dont want or giving refund!! Total crappy service and wouldn't recommend to anyone

Great to hear from you, we are sorry your item is sold out. We've tried to get in contact for a free upgrade to a Q10 with keyboard as requested but have not heard back from you. Could get in contact with us? Or we are happy to provide a full refund.

You will need to combine the shipping from your seperate purchase for the system to realise it was a second item to receive the automatic discount.
