Phoenix Source & Select  Anmeldelser

Maria Papastamatis Is the Golden asset to Phoenix. Her thoroughness, her due diligence, her consistency in responding and assisting are impeccable and commendable. Always going above and beyond with all she does and not only between 9-5 pm normal work hours. I haven’t been to many interviews in my life time so having Maria’s guidance and alliance gave me the confidence: I can say safely now, that I’m in my 6th week of working, to absolutely smash my interviews. Maria Papastamatis Is definitely the one and only person you need on your side before going into an interview. She arms you and educates you on tools required to have successful interview.
I love my new job and I owe it to María. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

I responded to a job ad from Phoenix on Facebook Jobs. Maria contacted me for a chat about myself, the role and the company. Maria was very friendly, funny and professional. By the time we were done with our phone consult I was already preparing for my interview. I had the interview the next week and had the job offer and acceptance locked in by the end of that day. Throughout the whole process Maria has been a very positive, upbeat and attentive recruiter. She is completely forthcoming and transparent in her dealings between clients and clearly take great pride and enjoyment in the amazing service she provides. It was an absolute pleasure having Maria match me to my new role and I look forward with excitement to starting it next week.

I was recently made redundant and was searching for a job. I had many recruiters contact me during my search, however the support, advice and constant follow ups that Maria provided was so professional and caring, unlike what i have experience previously. She understood what I was experiencing.

I would highly recommend Maria and her services to any job seekers.

Absalouty the most professional recruitment company I've ever come across in my working career. I've been in the workforce for the past 25 years of my life, and Phoenix has demonstrated to me a new benchmark in recruitment industry.

Because they have the best positive attitude, the most accurate punctuality, honesty, & will always go out of their way to accommodate.

Moving forward from here on, I personally will always use Phoenix for all my recruitment needs. Thank you personally to Maria who has been tremendous throughout the whole process.

I do recommend anyone who is looking for a new role or a new career path, to use Phoenix as their main recruitment source, you will not be let down, that's a guarantee.

Thank you Phoenix & Maira.

Very professional and really helped me through the process

Had my resume and letter touched up and refined. The people work in the field so they know what the recruiter are looking for. Once you get in contact with them they automatically reply to you and will ask question. Sending you the draft to read and resending them with correction until you are happy. Overall 100% with the service

Nicole was precise and thorough in what I was looking for. Attention to the detail needed was on point

Maria is professional, courteous and kept me informed right throughout the interview process. She instilled confidence in me to go for the intended role.

I simply would not have the success of obtaining a new role without her advise.

Her follow up and total transparency during the process is to be commended.

Maria is a stand out from all recruiters that I have dealt with in the past and comes highly recommended.

Through Phoenix, I have been able to develop a greater sense of direction through the mentorship they have given me for sales. As I was struggling to establish direction in my career and on the basics of how I can effectively engage in sales, they have helped me discover what I need to do to progress and succeed by providing me guidance suited personally to me. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a tailored approach to their CS and Sales needs because they have given me that extra push towards what I wanted without treating me like I am just a plain old client!

Phoenix provided me with high volume recruitment. The team was very professional, had an in-depth understanding of our business. We gave them a small deadline to fill several vacancies in our contact centre which was met. Not only did they fill them in the short time provided but with quality candidates and second to none service. I have worked with many recruiters and these guys separate them selfs from the rest.

I couldn’t be more grateful to Phoenix Source and Select! They found my current role within a period of 2 weeks and it’s exactly in line with my previous experiences. The whole process with Phoenix was efficient, to the point and the extremely effective. I’ve recommended them to my friends and family who have lost their jobs to COVID-19.
