It's great to use and easy to set up—it became more than just a crate plugin

I STRONGLY ADVISE to NEVER BUY from these people.
I bought PhoenixCrates and these are the issues I faced:
When I was preparing my server for release and configuring everything, the only plugin that wasn't updated to the latest version, was PhoenixCrates, they said "we can't do it" and "we use external libraries" that "haven't been updated" and "we have no eta"
There support is SHIT and I mean SHIT, they have a stupid AI-Chatbot on their discord that doesn't know what its doing and when I try to contact a human, they don't know about their own plugin, This was a Plugin that I PAID FOR and its people said they can't update it So I had to DOWNGRADE MY SERVER just BECAUSE of this plugin.. another problem rose and it was related to a free plugin called fancyholograms every server uses it, i went to its developer.. PLEASE NOTE THAT FANCYHOLOGRAMS IS A FREE PLUGIN and that developer willingly helped me and updated his plugin to fix the problem, it had something to do with their API, while this PLUGIN that I PAID FOR simply said they can't help me.

I left their discord, these people are arrogant.
And recently they released free addons for crates, and I was surprised! I went to download them and guess what? when I clicked the download button, it slapped me WITH A TRUSTPILOT REVIEW REQUEST, YEAH, they called it "FREE" and I knew something is off..

also the owner of PhoenixCrates himself is EXTREMELY arrogant, he's an ignorant and doesn't help his customers at ALL, I will never buy another plugin from these people.

NICE! ABSOLUTE CINEMA

The plugin works great, feature rich and it is the only one of its kind, that i could find and is working, but also it is very over priced with very little discounts and with more addons being made the price for the whole experience will only increase.

Support is almost non-existent, filled with AI answers

So far, I’ve had a great experience with PhoenixPlugins’ plugins. The systems are very smooth, offer great performance, and are also 100% customizable.

Phoenix Plugins are hands down the best plugins on the market for what they do. The crates are great, easy to set up, they have cool animations and effects.

The Duels plugin adds a lot to the server and make it more fun and interacting, set up is also easy and intuitive with lots of options to get creative and make your own gamemodes.

Das Plugin lief relativ gut am Anfang. Nach einigen Updates von anderen kompatible Plugins und PhoenixLobby ist die Kompatibilität verloren gegangen. Die 3D Modelle NPCs spawnen mehrfach doppelt bis der Server crasht und das ist wirklich sehr schade. Der Support meinte man könnte was machen aber die Engine muss angepasst werden. Alles andere geht weiterhin.

PhoenixPlugins is a good studio for plugins, maps, and assets, but their customer support is a disaster. I’ve been a french customer of theirs since February 24, 2024. I wanted to reuse the PhoenixLobby plugin for my Minecraft PvP-Faction server, and when I created an NPC (regardless of the NPC type—“head,” huge item, citizen, modelengine”), and I spawned the NPC, its hologram didn’t appear—let alone its display name—even though its ID was correct and the hologram text was set to the default values defined by the PhoenixLobby plugin. I contacted support, and it’s been over 3 days since any staff member has addressed my ticket on their Discord server. Their AI, Zoé, is driving me crazy by constantly trying to create new threads for every message sent in the channels. And the PhoenixCrates plugin is also a disaster. You have to pay extra to grant access to a key for multiple chests and for its asset. Honestly, it really pisses me off that an amazing studio is so bad at managing its support. When they say a member of our team will handle your ticket during the service hours listed in certain forums, the staff is obligated to handle the ticket—at worst, they should say, “We’ll take care of you, but first I have a couple of issues to resolve, and then I’ll get back to you.” Not just, “Nothing.”

EDIT: And by the way, here's a small suggestion for the PhoenixLobby plugin: add a hologram feature so we can create holograms anywhere in our spawn/hub/lobby.

I kinda wish I had my money back, no offence but I think that you guys are for sure great at making plugins, I just think that you guys don't like, the system you use for phoenixduels just really isn't good for duels plugins like you just need to take a look at some other servers to see their plugins, unfortunately I will have to use another plguin even after buying all these addons.

very nice plugins, well developed

I really like how the setup for the plugins work. It is very simple and easy to understand everything and to make changes. But I did not like the changes from myPhoenixStore to phoenixplugins. I got kind of confused but I think it got better now. So that’s probably the only thing I did not like when I bought them while they changed it. A second thing that I also noticed was the naming of everything. I read that there was phoenix practice then it got merged, but then something about phoenix duels pro got mentioned but only once? And I couldn’t find anything regarding that name. And I still do not really understand it. But that’s it for the user experience. The quality of their plugins is also amazing (so far I’ve tried the Lobby and practice/duels plugins). The plugins quite literally never crashed once besides misconfigurations from me. They are very stable. So that’s it for my review. Really like their plugins and would definitely recommend them to other server owners.
