Disappointing start so far …
So far my experience has been very disappointing. I thought I would try Phoenix for weight loss. Since I turned 50 I find it a lot harder to drop those extra pounds and keep them off. I am very active and try to eat balanced meals. I am now in my third month but I have only have been able to shed 4 pounds which could also just be a result of my diet and exercise program. I”m really disappointed with the results considering what the monthly cost is for a supposed weight loss medication.

I wish Phoenix would deliver to homes…
I wish Phoenix would deliver to homes or community mailboxes instead of leaving packages at Canada post depots for customer pick up. All Canada post does is leave a note in the mailbox instead of the actual package.

shipments always late
I have zero issues with the company, or the overall service, however, every order always arrives late, past my required time for my next medication dosage. I have been in contact with your customer service on every order because of this. From the time the prescription is approved / re filled, then the processing time, then by the time it ships, it is typically 2 days past my next required dosage.

Appreciate you handle generic brands but would also like the option of the brand name options as well.

I like the app
I like the app - easy to use.
With the recent patent protection loss I would expect the cost to come down and not shift the cost from meds to services - expectations are a 30% decrease in meds cost - I would not see an increase in 30% of service value
