I booked in for a mri. The staff were lovely, very reassuring. And the results were sent straight to my email. Fantastic!!!

I had an upper abdominal ultrasound scan last Friday. My husband has used this company a few times, and has always been positive about the service they provide. I can also confirm that I had a very positive experience. The radiographer, Elham, was very thorough and explained what she saw at each stage of the scan. I was impressed by her detailed medical knowledge. She also wrote a comprehensive report which will help when I see my GP.

The booking process was very easy, the lady who did the scan was very helpful and informative , if needed would definitely use them again

Very professional and efficient

I booked for a 12 week scan after my NHS appointment was cancelled.
I was able to book the same day and was seen immediately. The sanogropher was very kind and pleasant lady, she explained everything clearly and with care. During the the scan my baby was reluctant to move, she very kindly adviced me to eat something sweet and waited until I came back which I really appreciated.
After the scan, I was presented with a 2 sweet gifts which I was not expecting - a photo frame and a keyring both with the images there! Loved this little surprise.
In the same day, I received many images of the baby via email and a full report. Highly recommend and would use again if needed. Thank you for being so professional guys

The staff at the reception was very receptive and helpful. I was able to Ben seen earlier than expected, and the sonography technician was in incredibly professional and reassuring.

I am very happy with both the booking process and the service I received from Phoenix Ultrasound. They managed to accommodate my request within a couple of hours, and I had the of the ultrasound scan results sent to me straight away.

I had a wonderful experience here for my ultrasound. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I will definitely go back in the future and highly recommend them!

This is the first time I have used private health care. I found a lump in my left nipple and went to my GP. I got an appointment with them the same day and they referred me to the one breast clinic. However, it was going to be a 2 week wait and I was was extremely anxious. I contacted Phoenix and was able to arrange an ultrasound that day at a time of my convenience. I really did not know what to expect but I found the service and staff very professional and have no complaints. It was easy to access as it is near a main station and I was already familiar with the area. The radiologist/sona communicated throughout the ultrasound and explained what they observed. Despite the results being reassuring they still advised me to have the mammography. I found this helpful as I could not afford to go private for any further treatment. They also made me aware that other tests are also vital as part of breast evaluation. The ultrasound gave me a degree of reassurance in the interim whilst waiting to attend One Stop Breast Clinic shortly.

I attended ultrasound scanning in C. London clinic. Gwen is absolutely professional. She explained every observation during scanning and is very patient in answering my questions. She gave advices to me as well during the procedure when she found any abnormalities. Images and report were provided on the same day of procedure. Receptionist is friendly. Follow-up enquiries were handled very quickly. Very efficient.
