La idea es muuuy buena, la aplicación muy intuitiva, las condiciones me parecen muy justas, pero me gustaría el acceso a ver de una manera objetiva si realmente el oro que compro es real, y se tiene guardado realmente en las cámaras de seguridad.

EDIT 2: Today they refunded me the SWIFT fees that were applied incorrectly to my account, so I can say finally that their team understood my problem and acted accordingly, thanks, all happy in the end

"Edit 1: Their reply made it worse; unfortunately, they claimed the high bank withdrawal fee was due to using Swift because I'm not an EU resident. I mentioned I used my Wise "Belgium" bank account to withdraw the funds. Definitely, there is no Swift fee applied during this transaction, but looks like their application algorithm takes the country of residency into account regardless of the bank origin you are withdrawing to, and this is definitely a bug. They never considered this point in their reply, although I mentioned clearly that I used a Wise bank account based in Europe to withdraw my funds in my original review, and this is another lack of professionalism."

Although the idea sounds great, you need to take care of a few things, specifically regarding a hidden high bank withdrawal fee.

Here's my experience with figures:

- I deposited 700€, and they deducted their 5% fee (mentioned on their website), so I got only around 666.66€ worth of gold.

- Then, when I requested to sell the 11.518400 gm of that fabulous precious 999 gold (which is worth 666.66€), they took their other 3% (which is mentioned on their website as well), so that's a total of 8% (buying + selling commission).

- Lastly, when I tried to withdraw my 645€ to my European bank account, the withdrawal fee was 45€!! So I got 600€ into my bank account at the end, and there's no mention of this on their website, and I found this a high fee between two European banks. (I used Wise)

And this is how you can quickly lose 100€ in one month with Phi Wallet! And I believe the fluctuation in the EUR price against Gold is far from compensating this loss with a low amount of investment per time, so take care of what you are doing here!

P.S. Besides the 5%, 3%, and the withdrawal 45€ fees (which was 7% in my case, but I'm not sure if it's a percentage), there is also another "storage fee" mentioned on their website after the first year, which is "0.5% per year".

So take care and do your calculations before participating in this "real money" business.
