100% recommended, very knowledgeable and professional
Pop in yesterday and couldn't be happy with the service I received. I wasn't sure on what i needed but had a idea. I explained on what i was after and the lady was amazing very knowledgeable about the product and even helped me with something else. Delivery was within a few hours and again the guy was very helpful. Everyone was very polite, professional and with a smile. 100% I'll be back. Thank you and highly recommend

The price of the gate was very good…
The price of the gate was very good compared to many of the the main merchants also it was in stock unlike other merchants that had 4-6weeks lead time .
The service from the young lady Danielle was excellent she was very friendly and had very good product knowledge . Will definitely recommend and return in the future .

Excellent sevice
My father has a solid fuel burner and central heating. He is elderly and had run out of kindling to light the burner but I was unable to visit as it had been snowing heavily and I live 20 miles away.
I contacted Philip Jones and they delivered firewood to my father within an hour!
As a family we are very grateful for such a caring and efficient service. Thank you.
