I have bought and sold several over the years. The service we received from the team at Bannisters was the best I have experienced. Everything from the initial meeting, the marketing and promotion and the advice was spot on. I would particularly like to thank Charlotte who's advice and guidance in completing a difficult sale was invaluable.

Bannisters were very supportive keeping us well informed throughout our sale all the way to completion and beyond. the photos taken by Alex were excellent.

we were not just ignored after our offer was accepted like some agents, she established the length, strength and validity of the house chain, she then kept our sale on track over the following weeks, she was also supportive to our buyer with advice and guidance.

We have just purchased our bungalow through Phillip Bannisters and can't praise them enough for all of their dedication to us as purchasers,Sue was especially helpful and kept us updated regularly.

We were given very little information from our own estate agent and solicitor but Sue was able to keep us informed at all times and resolve situations that were out of our control and offered reassurance that she would do her best to get the answers that we required ( which she did).
