I emailed support about an issue with my phase DJ. I was given instructions but was still unable to resolve the issue. After further directions, I still had issues. Max was great through the process and allowed me to send in my phase dj for repair. Within 1 week, I received the product back and the problem was fixed. Great support and customer service through the process.
Phase is awesome!!
This is my second interaction with the Phase support team. A1 customer service each time. They stand behind their products 100%. No hassle warranty exchange last year and a simple replacement part this year even though my warranty recently expired. Kudos to Lowell and Max for fostering a culture of stellar customer service. Being a full time DJ and relying on the phase almost every gig, it’s amazing to see the support from the team! From the jump the Phase team has always been amazing and supportive! My battery expanded on a remote and when I reached out they were very quick and amazing with sending me return info and when they received it, they immediately sent a replacement! I can’t thank the team enough!

The battery expanded in one of my controllers and I am so impressed by the support I received! I reached out to the team at Phase and within an hour Max contacted me to begin the return process. It was smooth and easy with no additional cost, within a week of the issue happening, Max and the team had a new controller in my hands. It’s really impressive to see a team that stands behind their product!

I had a great technical support experience.. Just perfect. I sent a mail late at night for some for remote connection problems. I had a very quick reply saying "Max" will help me out.. The other morning I received a mail from Max, followed his instructions, after 2 mails and very few hours hours my problem was solved.

Quick and efficient service
I had some issues with bulging LEDs under the remote, and got in contact with the Phase team. They promptly sent out a DHL return on their dime, and sent out a replacement very quickly. When I had issues with the return, they swiftly resolved it. I'm really happy with their service, and Phase has become an essential piece of kit when using DVS. Using stylus with DVS just isn't the one!
