The Team at Phase were nothing but phenomenal! They walked me through an easy step by step process to get my Phase controllers shipped, fixed and returned in no time at all.
Excellent Customer Service
When one of the charging pins of my Phase Remote came off I wrote an email to Phase support and Lowell the product specialist stepped up and saved the day. Despite being out of warranty I paid a small fee and
he took care of the shipment of the Phase Remote to and fro.
In a few weeks I Received a Phase Remote replacement and just want to say Kudos to the support team for such timely effort. Truly Appreciated.

Phase - world class aftercare
So after developing a swelling fault on one of my phase remotes I contacted Phase and got an immediate response from Max. With a very seamless returns process I was able to return the faulty remote and received a new one in under a week. Communication was spot-on throughout the process. phase customer service is excellent. had some cue drift problems and lowell and max worked with me nonstop via email until they decided i needed to send my unit back. i mailed out the parcel on last Thursday and i had it back in less than a week!

Customer service like this is sadly hard to come by these days! These guys have flawless customer support from start to finish. Lowell helped me out with a couple of bits and went above and beyond. And the product speaks for itself, what a bit of kit. Highly, highly recommend these guys!

These guys are great! I’ve had Phase since 2021 and really rate the controllers. The two issues I have had have been resolved quickly and Max / Lowell (support) are super responsive.

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience with your phase customer service team. I recently encountered an issue with one of my remotes some of the charging pins came loose. After reaching out to customer service, I received a prompt response. They were very understanding and asked me to send the remote back to them at the end of the day. Unfortunately, due to some mailing issues, the remote didn't arrive at phase facility. However, after I provided the tracking number, phase team quickly stepped in and took action. Without hesitation, they sent me a replacement remote right away.
I truly appreciate how responsive, helpful, and efficient your customer service was throughout the entire process. It's rare to encounter such great service, and it certainly made a positive impression. Thank you for resolving the issue so quickly and with such professionalism. 🙌🏽
