Couldn’t want for a better service
Couldn’t want for a better service
Fast delivery
Fast delivery, but two separate and different bottles to hold 6 small (incredibly expensive, otc) capsules. The service is great but I can get 90 capsules for the same price if I’m prepared to wait 3 days.
My daughter needed the medicine…
My daughter needed the medicine urgently. I placed the order in the evening and the package arrived next day around lunchtime.
Very happy with the service. Thank you
This is a really efficient service
This is a really efficient service. Rather than traipse around different pharmacies to find one who had all three thoings that I needed in stock, I had it delivered to my door within an hour or so. It is not expensive either.
Speedy service
Paid for in the morning, delivered in the afternoon. So quick, and very good price for speed of service and availability of medication.
Fast and great experience
Superb service. Love the online payment set up and the security and arrived very very fast

Pharmacierge: Substantial Discrepancies and Missed Opportunities
My recent dealings with Pharmacierge were unfortunately overshadowed by a significant lack of clarity and miscommunication within their team.
The initial confusion over their policies and the legal stipulations for e-prescriptions was just the beginning.
Staff members' unfamiliarity with their own processes led to the refusal of my valid electronic prescriptions, one of which may have been incorrectly marked as "dispensed," rendering it unusable—a matter still uncertain.
They tried to get me to persuade my doctor to use their own proprietary system for dispensing electronic prescriptions. I found this inappropriate. To request electronic prescriptions to come through this channel is one thing, but to require it is not acceptable, for people who already have valid electronic prescriptions. This just adds a layer of bureaucracy that I have not experienced from any other competitor.
At their request, I asked my doctor to issue paper prescriptions at Pharmacierge’s request, which obviously were dated differently and had a different serial code to the previous electronic ones. Naturally, this caused me to incur additional fees for new prescptions from the private clinic. After receiving and discussing the paper prescriptions, despite my compliance and my doctor's cooperation in issuing new ones, led to yet another round of misinterpretation.
A pharmacist wrongly deemed these legally compliant prescriptions as inadequate, requiring me to assert their validity by referencing specific laws, which they eventually accepted.
The most perplexing aspect of this ordeal was the ultimate refusal to dispense my medications, attributed to the "abuse potential" of my scheduled medications and their prescribing frequency. A brief review of our email exchanges would have revealed that of the eight medications I receive monthly, only two fall under Schedule 4 and two under Schedule 5, with the remainder being standard Prescription Only Medicines (POMs). The email also cited “frequency” of prescribing as a concern. Pharmacierge themselves are the ones that advised me to ask for another prescription. It certainly gets my back up to suggest I may be using too much of a controlled drug or that my doctor is potentially prescribing too many, the pharmacist has absolutely no idea what goes on between me and my highly competent doctor in a private consultation. These medicines are all carefully monitored by hin and we discuss the dose and efficacy of continued use of at regular intervals.
One sch4 medication was dispensed on the 26th using one of the electronic prescriptions with my usual provider to avoid delays. I explained I was aware that the new paper prescription for the same medicine, although completely valid, I have no issue with Pharmacierge being hesitant to deal with that specific one, simply due to the fact that I have enough of that medicine. As paper prescriptions for schedule 4 items are valid for 28 days, I thought I would use this as a cautionary first use of Pharmacierge to evaluate the effectiveness of the service with a medicine that it wouldn’t really matter if it was lost/damaged/delayed/incorrect etc as I already have an adequate quantity in my possession.
However, I do find the reasoning in the last email from Pharmacierge regarding their refusal to dispense all the paper prescriptions that I paid to be sent out, at my expense, (not just the medicine which I already have a supply of) a little eye-raising. Had there been a genuine concern over the dispensing of medicines with “abuse potential”, a more professional and considerate approach would have been to guide me towards appropriate channels for these medications while offering to fulfil the prescriptions for the non-controlled items. Such a gesture would have demonstrated a commitment to patient care and understanding, sadly missing in my experience.
This series of events has regrettably led me to return to my previous provider, where the service, albeit pricier, is reliably efficient and understanding. It is my sincere hope that Pharmacierge takes this feedback to heart, improving their staff's communication, training and customer services proficiency.
This review is intended as constructive criticism, with an eye towards fostering better practices and customer care in the future.
As we say in my field “res ipsa loquitur”. Inasmuch that if Pharmacierge decide to respond at all, their manner will show exactly what kind of outfit they are or are trying to be. Should they choose to take responsibility and acknowledge my concerns, it might be appropriate to delete this review but until such a points I will leave it here to add to the widespread warnings of overall poor experiences with the provider on Trust Pilot.
Had a great experience with this…
Had a great experience with this pharmacy - service was smooth, efficient and the staff were friendly.
Bad experience, awful customer service
My first experience with Pharmaciege was a bliss... the 2nd a total disaster. I am after a medication that is in high demand so I called them and then went there to ensure they had stock. But after paying, got a txt saying they ran out. They had stock in other dosage, so did the whole thing again (Note that payment was already with them) they sent the wrong link (despite calling to ask if they could just sent me one for the difference), by the time I called again (3rd call) they have ran out of the medication. So they take payment for something without checking if they have stock, or worse, the take payment and then sell it to somebody else. A total disaster. AWFUL. And Customer service can be bother to even call.
Going to your local pharmacy could save you alot of time and frustration
This is more a review of DPD delivery than Pharmacierge
Pharmacierge was easy and dispatched rapidly. DPD however, usually one of the better delivery companies, disregarded my instructions, didn't call as requested, didn't show as apparently I wasn't there ( i was, but there were complexities involved in the delivery, hence a phonecall necessary). A human is required to receive the delivery. After 3 calls to DPD during which I was courteously told the driver would be rerouted, I received no delivery. I gave up and rerouted it for a local pickup the Next day
Appalling. Shoddy service
Appalling. Was sent down to them on the ground on Wimpole St yesterday 7Nov from the consultant in One Welbeck within minutes of the prescription - marked urgent - at circa 12:10. They checked stock. Showed me they had it, brandishing the actual box. Then said it would take 45 min to dispense. Boots or anyone else would have done on the spot in under 10min. They also said it was too tight for the 2pm to 6pm delivery slot. How?! So I had to choose between office delivery or home. Home safer as I had to leave before 6 for an external meeting. But when I got home it wasn’t there.
Rang in the morning today 8th. They said they thought the urgent prescription I had ordered for yesterday was for the late slot today. They then aimed to redeliver but the courier (when I chase around 5:30pm claimed there was nobody to receive at 2:15 in a City law firm with 24-hour reception and over a thousand employees. Really?! Personally I was chairing a meeting of 11 people but maybe I should have kept myself on the street outside for four hours?! Or maybe I should have gone to Boots
They promised to redeliver (again) but when I wasn’t back the courier declined to stick it in the letter box which is surely my call as the purchaser and patient. Only saved by the courier taking pity and coming back half an hour later.
So I’m some 36 hours late starting the treatment. Thanks!
