I purchased four of the (expensive) first generation Ssscat Pet Deterrent systems. At first, they worked very, very well. I was grateful to have them. I ordered refills as needed. Soon, however, they changed the design and came out with Second Generation refills, which didn’t work with my motion sensor unit, and the first generation refills were no longer available, rendering my $150 investment useless. I pulled the batteries out, removed the refill can and stored them in a cabinet in my dining room. After a little while, I found some first generation refills. Well, I bought them because I just bought a house. I set them up and guess what? The units don’t work anymore. Brand new, good quality batteries, new refills, units in excellent condition, but, THEY DONT WORK.

If you are looking for something you will use in the long term, find something else. This is just too damn expensive to have it just stop.

I bought a harness for my new dog. It didn't fit well. I contacted customer support in chat. They spent time with me, lead me through the fitting process, and eventually told me that the harness wouldn't work with her body shape. They suggested a different harness. When I asked how much that one was they told me they would replace mine at no charge as a customer courtesy. It's been so long since I've had fantastic customer service. I'll be back for more of my pet needs.

J'ai 2 chiennes donc 2 colliers. Ils ont tenus 3 ans. Au prix de 220€ chez eux ou 144€ sur Amazon un collier, ça fait cher. Ils ne se réparent pas. Ils sont désolés paraît il
