We bought the tweed cave luxury dog bed (medium) for our 2 year old standard dachshund . He had previously slept very happily in his crate, so this was his first ‘proper’ bed. It was an immediate hit... Vis mer

Perfect dog bed.
My dog loves her Gor Pets Ultimate bed and it’s stopped her sleeping on my bed so definitely a win!
I had previously purchased a bed from Omlet but she wouldn’t sleep in it. I now have a hard time getting her out of the Ultima.
Delivery was quick from pet prestige, my only complaint was I didn’t receive any notification of dispatch.
Other than that very pleased

Bed arrived damaged
The bed I ordered arrived damaged, likely done in transit. It was a large, heavy bed and only posted in a thin plastic parcel bag, which in my opinion for a bed over £200 was not adequate! I messaged the company, I was understanding and as a small tear i requested a patch of the material be sent as would be less faff than organising collection for such a large item. I am still waiting for said patch, utterly disappointed and I should have just returned the bed, now left with a damaged item!!

Svar fra Pet Prestige
Hello Sophie,
Thanks for your review and feedback.
Please accept our apologies for the delay, the patch was being sent out directly from our supplier which is out of our control. I am hoping you have now received it but if there is anything else we can do, please send me an email to Nathan@Petprestigeuk.com.
Thanks again for choosing, you value all our customers :)

The felt roof for the cave ceiling was not cut anywhere near to size.
The metal flexi stick was not the correct size either.
It’s a shame as the bed is a lovely quality.

This is a lovely comfy dog bed
This is a lovely comfy dog bed, I was surprised when I opened it how luxurious it was, my dog never slept in a bed before despite buying a few, at last I have got him off my bed and sleeping in this bed. Well worth the money so glad I purchased, recommend 100%.

I would buy from Pet Prestige again.
I found Pet Prestige whilst looking for a particular dog bed, these guys sold them at the same price as other retailers but gave us £10 off 1st purchase which made them the cheapest.
The delivery was initially very slow but after contacting Nathan (the owner) he checked with the supplier & found it was an issue their end. He assured me it would be delivered in a couple of days and it was.
Customer service from the outset & throughout was very good as they did seem to care.
I would purchase from Pet Prestige again & would recommend.
