Auch nach 4 Wochen lebten die Zecken nach einem erfolgreichen Blutsaugen weiter.
Mehrmals bat ich um Rückerstattung meiner Auslagen aber ich erhielt lediglich immer neue Ausreden seitens Petpark.

I purchased 2 collars from Pet-park Uk expecting them to be delivered from Uk. I was then sent tracking from China and alarm bells rang as they are made in Germany by Elanco ( formerly Bayer) I contacted Elanco and they told me what to check for when they arrived.
1. Only pet medicines with a Uk contact address can be sold in uk.
2. Packaging MUST state what is in product.
I sent Elanco pictures of the packaging I received mine in as it says it was produced for US( still illegal to sell in uk) but they said it is not the packaging used for their US products as that has active ingredients and says on front kills Tic/Flea /Larvae and ALWAYS has a catch code WITH expiry date.. again missing from this fake product. They also said that Pet Park UK is not an authorised supplier. DO NOT USE ON YOUR PET AS YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS IN IT
I purchased a Seresto collar for my cat, what a mistake! I have had to throw it away as it burnt away hair and caused scabbing. He is fine now thank goodness, but do not buy from this company.

Read the reviews below. All the positive ones are one off, highly convoluted and ridiculous, and posted by the company itself. With regards to the dog collar, their description says ‘ Our exclusive blend of natural essential oils, embedded in the collar, is released through our cutting-edge SmartRelease technology.’ This is clearly nonsense, genuine Seresto collars are impregnated with insecticidal chemicals, not essential oils. If you ring up Elanco, the original manufacturers and check the product code against their database, it becomes clear that these are fake, counterfeit collars. And despite what they say, these collars are from China, and fake. They will do your animal more harm than good. Fake Fake Fake.

I purchase collars from this company thinking they were UK based , i now found out the product was coming from China , i still have not received the collars and have emailed about ten times for updates but keep getting told its someone else’s fault , ive asked for a refund but they refused so i phoned Elanco who make these collars to be told they have had many phone calls regarding this company and they are fake so i hope PayPal will refund my money and ill have to buy again from a reputable dealer my advice don’t touch them
I purchased Seresto collars for my cats from this company. I assumed (as they appeared to be a UK based company) that they would be genuine. It was only when I realised they were being sent from China, that I became concerned there might be an issue (why would they send from China when the collars are manufactured in Europe?). Upon receipt of the collars I knew immediately that they were fake (I have purchased these collars for many years). I contacted Elanco (collar manufacturers) who confirmed that this company are not valid or authentic supplier's of their collars, and advised me not to use them as they could potentially be dangerous to my pets health. They are also trying to get these fakes removed from this site. I have raised a case with both the UK police and PayPal, but have currently not received a refund. Do not put your pets health at risk, only purchase from genuine suppliers that are listed on Elanco’s website.
Not sure what’s going on but tried to order and the drop down menu to enter my country didn’t include the UK so I couldn’t order. As I’d tried to pay via PayPal, the amount is now showing as ‘pending authorisation’ in both my PayPal and bank accounts! Twice as well as I tried to place the order twice! Now I’ve just got to wait to see if the amounts are taken. Hopefully, they will ‘bounce back’ into my PayPal account within 24 hours and then my bank account within 5 working days. I just hope so, as £60 is a lot of money to have ‘pending approval’ and not available on the last week before payday!

Product does not work. I have used Bayer ones before. These look the part, same looking tin etc but i had fleas on dogs 3 weeks after fitting.
Tried to get a refund. No response and Pay Pal were useless, just closed the case as Petpet-park did not respond.
Buyer beware - looks like they may have gone bust! Ordered two flea collars (Order #2387), got confirmation but now all links to petpet-park.uk are dead and the goods should have arrived some time ago.

I since discovered that their .co.uk web site is dead (to which all the links in the email point) but their .com does exist. So I emailed both the email address on the order letter and used the contact address on the .com site and it obviously had an effect because I today received the collars 48hr tracked so it does look they they reacted immediately to my emails - which is good - and I've received two emails apologising for inconvenience etc. because of 'web site updates'
Purchased a seresto cat collar in last few weeks,but unfortunately cat had allergic reaction,customer service reacted soon as possible very concerned and immeditely refunded full cost of item.

It's a scam website. The soresto dog collar is a fake from China. It doesn't have the correct marks. It has zero flea killing quality.

I ordered two seresto cat flea collars. On checking the 'track order' info, they were coming from China.. First red flag! They arrived Saturday and they were counterfeit, fortunately, I had a genuine collar and tin to compare with. I contacted elanco who confirmed that the lot number on the tin was fake. These were good copies.. if you didn't have the original, you will probably be duped.. they have the stickers inside etc.. everything to look genuine, they also weren't cheap enough to raise suspicion. I contacted the company and told them I had contacted the supplier with regard to the counterfeit collars and told them that I wanted a full refund, I received the refund yesterday, seresto collars are never dispatched from China to an address in the uk. Avoid avoid avoid... these are very convincing counterfeit collars
