PetJoy is a scam. place an order and after nothing for a week I called and talk to Shannel and she put me on hold and then just hung up on me. called back and talked to Jamel and he also put me on hold but came back and said he refunded my order he sent and email saying I was refunded but it was only for the shipping not the full amount. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Same thing as other customers. They say they will send you a free sample and just bill you $6.95. I did that. A few weeks later, without authorization, they billed by card for $96.95!!! I called them and I spoke with Diego. He was very rude and said I authorized this charge, which I DID NOT, as verified by by bank. He hung up on me when I kept telling him this was a FRAUDULENT charge. BEWARE!!! This is a SCAM!!!

Pet Joy is terrible with customer service. My mother and I both cancelled service then they charged us one last time but sent two containers of the wrong stuff I was getting receiving Pro Digest and the sent two bottles of Balance my dog had yeast infection and the main ingredient in Balance was Brewers Yeast wich is bad for dogs with yeast infections very bad I should send my vet bill for making infection worse very very bad news this company is they apparently don't know anything it's like a sales scam not healing your dog like they say

Unable to process order. I've been using Pet-Joy for probably 4 years now. Recently my subscription order has not been filled on time or at all. The last 6 months have not been good for this company. The issue I'm being told is my Credit Card. 3 months ago I put in my new card and it refuses to take it, they have entered my new several times and still NO product. I went and checked my payment and it's still the same card that was replaced 3 months ago. NO one there has a clue..... So they lost a customer...

I’ve only been giving my fur babies their chews for about one week and I already see a big difference in their coats. I’m really happy with these results.

One star is being generous! I ordered a “free sample” and said no to all other offers. I then found out it was a subscription service after I received several emails. This is conveniently hidden. I canceled the order and asked for a refund. They claim that I only canceled the subscription and was told the sample had already been mailed which it hasn’t. Very shady business practices!

They hide the cancel subscription info so we'll I never found it. They tell you can cancel at any time. How when you can not finf the info. A company with good products would make it easier. They must not believe it works as advertised.

I started using PetJoy because of a special offer on Probiotics for my dog, now I receive bonus dollars for getting a great deal on something that will help my Bestfriend tremendously. Win Win for me and my Dog.

I ordered the so called free sample and paid for shipping as stated. The next thing I see is the charge for $96.95 for the bottles, I also stated just the 1 bottle but they went ahead and charged my card for 3 extra bottles anyways. I have seen a little difference but not quite sure the statements are 100% accurate.

The order was complete and on time. My dog likes them

First order arrived very timely and as expected. Lets hope the products help my dogs allergies.
