Buyers beware - they have a hard and fast return policy - do not exceed 30 days - our pet passed away - we were on auto ship - I contacted them 9 days after the 30 days and they will not allow a return and refund. Chewy.com is far more reputable and easy to deal with. I normally don't scar companies up on social media but this is just bad business and everyone should be aware of what kind of company you are dealing with.

Such a scam. And they charged my account $96 without even telling me my dog doesn’t even like it and now I’m wondering if it’s actually good for them. So be very cautious if you are thinking of ordering. They did refund part of my money but not all of it so it is a scam.

They charged my credit card $96.00 without my approval and caused me major problems with my credit. This is a business that has major problems with scamming customers including me.

My dog likes the chews and I can see a little improvement but not a lot yet but she has only been on them for less than a month. She is on the Balance probiotics. I am hoping that they will help with her itching. She hasn't stopped yet but her paws do look a little better.

Read the one star reviews on here because their experiences are exactly what I experienced with these con artists. I didn't have time to find out if the product was working before they stole $96 from my account. And, I have finally had a chance to assess the viability of the product. IT DOES NOT WORK!! I'M SITTING HERE WITH $100 OF USELESS PRODUCT. They won't refund the money If you're smart, you'll stay away from these people. I usually read reviews before ordering anything. This time I didn't and it was a costly mistake. They were rude and obnoxious when I tried to get my money back. And, quite frankly, I don't remember signing anything.

I received a free sample with no hassles. They were prompt in sending me the sample and give me rewards cash to use towards my next purchase. Awesome!

My baby needs help with her body so I ordered 2 products to help. It was easy and helpful. I enjoyed reading about the company and other products. I'm happy to say I like what I read and can't wait to help my fur baby get healthier.

Terrible customer service had only given it to my dog for not even a week when they charged my card 96.00 I told them I did not sign up for more and was told it was in their consent forms to read. I told them I hadn’t even got the order they sent and was told you can not get your money back etc. I told them I would let other sites know and they said don’t threaten us. Case closed. Scam and did nothing for my dog and still haven’t received the order they sent. Think before you buy because they take money out before they even send, was told they have no record of my calling and canceling….which I did when I saw I was charged and said you haven’t sent out so just cancel. Was told too bad lady and that was it!

I just ordered for the first time. Hoping for the sake of Shuga that they work and give her some relief. Very easy to order. Did the 30 day free and added 3 more bottles. Easily ordered.

I have just started giving the probiotic chews to my dog and I have already noticed a difference in his coat. His head shaking has decreased a little and he is starting to become his old self again.

This is a scam and should be on American Greed show. They say they will offer you a free sample, but the truth is you give them the right to charge your credit card for whatever they decide to send you. I should have looked up this company before giving out my credit card information. Lesson learned

I too was deceived by their Facebook Ad.
It stated you could receive a trial Bottle for $6.95 total. I was charged another 96.95 because I didn't cancel within a 21 Day period. I would never knowingly have done this. If I don't get a refund, I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission for Deceptive Ads and Business Practices
