I still didn’t receive my parcel! Please don’t use UPS! They are not good in communication!!!!

The mérinos sweater provided us with a warm solution to our baby daily life. And fitting perfectly with the yellow jumper.

This was my first time ordering from Petit Pli and I can’t say that I’m happy with the product, since I never received it.

You chose UPS as your shipper, which in my opinion was a poor choice. They made three delivery attempts, and now the item is being sent back since they couldn’t deliver to an access point.

So maybe in the future, changing your shipping partner to insure customers receive their items is the way forward.

My Petit Pli trousers are wonderful. They’re a perfect length and the weight of the fabric means they hang beautifully. They are great for me and for the environment.

Have loved their products - (my take) quality, durability, timelessness of designs - since I discovered Petit Pli years ago. And have been gifting them (and have received as gifts too) over the years. Most recent purchase - a merino wool jumper for a tiny human.

Must mention customer care - as always, it was prompt & friendly. Had given feedback on a previous purchase and received an email noting the feedback. In the recent purchase, I had made a request to change the colour of the jumper (assuming there was stock of preferred colour) and it was effected with no fuss. Thank you!!

Super speedy and efficient overseas delivery of a delightful, colorful and immensely practical pair of summer trousers.

I am a US based customer. The shipment is fast and with tracking. It did take a little bit to get through clearance. The price is a-bit high compare to other brands, but they do provide great clothing quality! if there is money to be spend on good quality baby clothing that would last longer. Petit Pli would be the one.

Amazing idea, quality, and the people behind it.

Passing Petit Pli at Battersea Power Station, I was pulled in by the riot of colour in the window display. Welcoming and helpful assistant who pointed me in the right direction and then gave me space to consider everything on offer but was able to help me when the sheer choice proved too much. I love the shop, can’t praise the service highly enough and am absolutely knocked out by the Violet Comet versatile top and bottoms I bought. Once the rest of my family and friends see what I have bought they will all be making a beeline for Petit Pli.

Everyone has been absolutely incredible at customer service and the product is just brilliant. Great experience

Dopo 2 settimane ancora non ho ricevuto l'ordine. Arrivano prima i pacchi dalla Cina. Mai più..
Aggiornamento: Pacco arrivato dopo quasi un mese. Tutina da astronauta bocciata per vestibilità (con gli elastici tirati, la tuta sul davanti, si raggrinzisce rimanendo abbassata e lasciando scoperto parte del corpo) e scomodità per i numerosissimi bottoncini.
Provo a chiedere il reso: inizialmente neanche mi rispondono e poi dopo un secondo contatto, si offrono per accettare il reso ma con spese di spedizione a mio carico; che per l'UK non sono neanche poche.
Risultato, tra spese di spedizione di consegna, e quelle eventualmente sostenute per la restituzione, mi conviene tenermi e regalare la tutina a qualcuno!
