As usual a fast efficient service.i was a bit dubious about using the InPost locker system.I needn’t have worried as both items(men’s suit and ladies jacket)came back perfectly cleaned and wrapped.

Informasjon om virksomheten
Skrevet av virksomheten
Peters’ Cleaners has partnered with InPost to make proper dry cleaning ridiculously easy: drop off and collect when it suits you, without racing to opening hours. Behind that convenience is the same Peters standard we’ve been known for since 1963. We’re not a production line, and we don’t rush items through machines. Every garment is checked by hand, treated individually, and cleaned using the method that best protects the fabric. Our team includes specialists with decades of experience, and it shows in the details, from stain removal and fabric assessment to pressing garments back into perfect shape. We look after delicate silks, structured tailoring, occasion wear, vintage pieces and everyday favourites with the same care. Quality is our promise: every item is inspected throughout the process and goes through a two-stage quality check before it’s returned. Clothes come back carefully finished and protected. InPost makes it simpler to use us, but nothing about the craft has changed.

Took suit and shirt to be cleaned and pressed. Went to pick up and shirt was missing and had been left at the factory. The lady in the shop did do all she could to rectify and received the shirt the next morning on the day I needed to be in the suit. When I got suit out of bag at venue I realised the silk pocket square was also missing from the suit jacket pocket.

Hi Maxine, thank you for your review. Unfortunately it is very challenging in today's world given the increase in costs to provide an excellent service and be cheap. We are committed to providing excellent service which it seems you received and are very transparent about our pricing as we charge upfront so customers have a choice. Thank you for using our services.
