Peter Jackson the Jeweller Anmeldelser

I have recently become the proud owner of a beautiful sapphire ring and a Canadian solitaire diamond necklace purchased from Peter Jackson, the Jeweller. From the outset Emma and Sharon gave an outstanding personal and caring service throughout the transaction. Their support and professionalism was exceptional and ensured I had a unique and special experience. Also the workmanship and skill in the development of the items is truly amazing ! I have no hesitation in recommending Peter Jackson for all your special jewellery purchases!! I live in Devon and I just wish we had an outlet locally!! Maggie Simpson

I visited the Preston branch for the 2nd time.
The welcome was warm and not overbearing and the assistant said that she would get someone to help me.
I came today to look for a bracelet to put a heart charm on. The charm is a fingerprint of my daughter who passed away 2 years ago, the anniversary was yesterday.

Amy was wonderful, understanding exactly what I wanted and how precious the charm is to me. She suggested asking the jewellers to solder the charm onto a beautiful bracelet that she showed me. She took the time to make sure it was perfect and her compassion was so heartfelt.

I received a text within a week to say my bracelet was ready.

No amount of money could give me the peace of mind that my daughters charm was in the right hands.

Excellent first experience with my purchase and the customer service from Danny was first class. Friendly, helpful and very prompt response to some queries I had. Super fast next day delivery also so I couldn't recommend any more highly.

Absolutely disgusted with the way I was spoken to. Came into the shop to get a ring resized and it’s like they couldn’t be bothered. Staff were extremely rude and I would never go back there EVER again

I brought a necklace to be cleaned and bracelet to be repaired. They showed the fault in necklace which is repaired straight away to .
Both look magnificent now.
Super nice people, know what they are on about so most definitely will be using these guys again.
Matter of fact probably only use these guys

Excellent customer service Danny With my first order, also from Cat with my second order (thank
you both very much for your help)

Brilliant to deal with after I made an error, Danny went above and beyond so that I would get my order on time

Thanks again

Cannot thank all of the staff at the Blackburn shop enough. All the staff are super friendly and properly spend time with you. Would like to say a huge thank you to Aimee in particular, for finding me the perfect watch and being so helpful, lovely and caring the first time I went in! Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone who wants quality service and quality jewellery.

Customer service was excellent. My card wasn't going through so they offered to call and do it over the phone. I also wanted it delivered to a different address, which is why my transaction wouldn't go through, so over email they said they can do this. Arrived very quickly, even with it being over a bank holiday. Very happy o came across the website. Not experienced customer service like that in a very long time. Also had the item I wanted at the lowest price. So a massive thank you Peter Jackson for your amazing service. Terry McFarlane

Fantastic service from Danny, I would 100% recommend.

I made an online purchase of a beautiful Gucci watch from this jeweller’s. Very fast delivery and 5* customer service. Highly recommend.

Thank you Gemma & Aimee at the Blackburn store on Friday 4th.
Your service was unbelievable, you were so helpful and I felt that I had encountered a wonderful experience.
This was the best customer service I have ever experienced.
Well done ladies and a merry Christmas to you both.

They had to order in some gold earrings for me from their catalogue.
Very helpful staff, great ordering system. Earrings arrived on time and they called me to say they were ready for collection.
Asked for my name on arrival and the earrings were ready for me.
Just a nice, easy experience with friendly staff and a great choice of earrings to meet my needs.
Thank you
