Help to Buy survey required to sell our home, the team worked quickly to ensure a speedy turnaround, navigating annual leave and bank holidays. Friendly and approachable.

Great experience with this company, they provided us with a prompt response to our enquiry and helpful information. Would recommend!

Great experience. Both Ayse and Steve were very professional and quick to reply. Reasonably priced and Steve has been so helpful in providing advice on the back of the report. Thank you very much.

I found the end-to-end experience of the surveying process from Peter Barry to be excellent. Ayse provided regular updates and, in amongst all of the other complexities of a house purchase it was refreshing to deal with a company who informed you when something would happen and then.. it happen just like they said it would. I'm happy to recommend Peter Barry's services to anyone.

Callum was really professional and helpful. He explained the process clearly, gave good advice and ensured the process of obtaining a party wall agreement was as painless as possible. We would recommend him and use him again.

Callum was our surveyor and he was excellent throughout. He explained the process clearly, replied to any questions promptly, didn't get impatient when we had delays on our end and dealt with everything efficiently and quickly. I would be very happy to recommend the company.

Katie was my main contact and she was lovely to deal with, and great with my neighbours and brought in the Party Wall Agreement with everyone happy... nice one guys thx !!

Absolutely superb customer and fast professional service with assistance and help both pre and post report.
Succinct and easy to understand reporting that is targeted to comply with HMRC requirements etc.

Requested a Red book valuation for a property. Very helpful & efficient process from start to finish. Would recommend without hesitation

The service was excellent, from the very first point of contact with Peter Barry through to the follow up communication after the thorough survey had been completed. Queries were answered straight away, the report was extremely comprehensive and it was so refreshing to receive a call after receipt of the report to check to see if we had any questions.
Ayse, Steve and Joanne Thank you!

I notified Peter Barry, Chartered Surveyors on 21/6/2025, that I required an urgent survey of my home. The response time in arranging a date and time for the inspection was within 24 hours, the inspection was carried out on 23/7/2025.
The surveyor (Steve) was very helpful during the process of the inspection. He took time to discuss the defects and professional repairs required. He informed me of the implications which would lead to significant structural damage. Which would impact on the structure of the property, if I did not undertake the necessary improvements and repairs.
He undertook a detailed inspection; he shared his knowledge and professional advice and was very efficient in completing the survey in timescales.
I'm happy with the customer service and with the details of the survey.

Excellent work by the whole team. We got a good outcome very quickly. Highly reccomended

Really professional and easy service. Also, David the Surveyor called me prior the inspection to ensure all my concerns were addressed. All these were covered in detail on the report which gave me peace of mind.

First time buyer, Requested RICS survey done on the property. Extremely helpful at the time I was just requesting quotes, much better than all the other firms I contacted. Even when there was an issue when it came to the initial survey date agreed upon, which was out of their control, managed to rebook extremely quickly and at short notice. I received report back next day as well, which was a surprise as was not expecting it so fast.

Highly recommended

We are first time buyers, and our surveyor, David, was excellent. He had a phone call with us right after doing the inspection, and wrote a very thorough report with lots of photos. We had a few follow up questions coming from the search results from our lawyers and David spent a lot of time talking to us on the phone about these issues which came up. Would thoroughly recommend!

I had Party wall agreement done by Peter Barry surveyor. Amrita Johal was dealing with the process, I am very please withe service. Very efficient, professional work. Taking plenty of detailed pictures inside house. I would definitely recommend.

Such an easy seamless experience. Uploading and verifying documents etc was easy and stress free - took about 15 minutes total.

Really professional. Really quick. I really would recommend Peter Barry surveyors!

I had requested a level 3 RICS survey report on a residential property. Shaun visited the property and made a detailed inspection, taking photographs that illustrated various issues that were highlighted in the report. In particular, certain aspects that I had raised before the inspection took place were covered in the report. Following receipt of the report, I spoke to Shaun to clarify certain aspects, and I found him professional and helpful. Highly recommended.
