Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, quick delivery, a great range of products and very competitive prices! What really sets Pet Direct apart is their proactive approach to customer service. They’ve called me when an item is out of stock to ask what I’d like as a replacement, and even when my next auto-delivery is coming up and a product is running low, they’ll check if I’d like my order earlier to avoid missing out. That level of care and communication is fantastic. Highly recommend Pet Direct!

Great online shopping experience
I have previously purchased my fur baby's prescription food via another online vet store, but recently decided to make an order with Pet Direct following seeing an ad for them online. The price was better than my previous supplier & the product was with me in 24 hours. I also like that I can make a donation to the SPCA as part of my order.
Great shopping experience, well done Pet Direct!
