Never received.
I placed my order at the end of December and have yet to receive it. I also sent an email regarding this a month ago and my order was mixed up with another when I mentioned it. At this point I should probably just receive a refund. Horrible experience since this is in memory of my 19 year old cat who passed on Christmas eve. I thought it would be nice to have his realistic memory with me from that portrait.

Great communication, delivered as expected
I felt the company communicated well, prior to finishing the project they asked for feedback and sent pictures which was great to receive and ensure completion. They also allow you to use proper pet hair for your artwork if you'd like which is a nice bonus.

Hey there, shopper from Atlanta dropping my review! I can't express enough how amazing this product turned out. Like, you see a lot of AI stuff floating around there, and I will admit I was dubious, ESPECIALLY since the image I had was the dog making this derpy snarl. Let me say this, 1, the product was AMAZING. Two, the person I gave it to, absolutely loved it. If you're looking for a splurgy gift, and you have time, this is it.

I'm amazed by how patient Edison was throughout the process. He listened carefully, shared updates, and asked for my feedback several times. The artist made revisions after each round untill I looked exactly like my beagle. It's rare to find such communication and care in online orders - I felt truly involved.

This company is a SCAM, BUYERS BEWARE!! They never sent my product then threatened me that they will challenge my dispute with my bank and IF they win they wont send my product. I laughed and said go ahead and try, they never sent it and my bank reversed the charges. THIS IS ANOTHER CHINA COMPANY, SCAM, CROOKS,THEY ARE LOWLIFES!! Ill never buy anything i see on Facebook again because of this! This was for my beloved Meeka, my cat that was poisoned which I expressed how much this would mean to me....they didnt care,heartless sick people!

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. However, after carefully checking our records, we can confirm that your custom piece was already completed by our artist before your bank dispute was filed.
Because each artwork is fully handmade and personalized, once the process begins, it cannot be resold or reused. Unfortunately, when the dispute was opened, production had already finished, so the item could not be shipped.
We have photo proof of the finished artwork, which remains safely with our team. For transparency, anyone who’s interested can check our official TikTok account @petdecorart, where we showcase the handmade process for our customers’ pets.
We’re deeply sorry that this situation happened, but we want our community to know that we always work with honesty, care, and respect for every pet lover who trusts us.
