Very efficient drlivery

I loved what I bought for my friend who recently lost her husband but not the delivery by Australia Post. It was left at her front door, no one attempted to knock or ring the bell. I messaged her after receiving a message to say it had been delivered but she was home and didn’t know it had arrived! I rarely order anything online if it’s going to be delivered by Australia Post, their service is expensive and dreadful.

Love the cards...and there is no need to buy a gift..Two in one gift.

Le bouquet est magnifique, l'effet est bluffant, mais après quelques jours, il se décolle et devient un peu tordu, ce qui fait qu'il perd de son élégance. Il faut alors que je le remette à plat et que j'appuie bien fort pour que les parties se recollent.

The speed of delivery and accuracy. The bouquet is beautiful!

Ordered two weeks ahead of Mum's 90th birthday, which should have been plenty of time for it to arrive, if it had been shipped from within Australia.

According to the website expected delivery date was well within our time frame and I did assume it was being shipped from within Australia.

My mistake, but to be fair, the website is designed to create this strong impression.

Sadly, it took three weeks to arrive, too late for Mum's birthday.

The company can't control how long delivery takes of course, but if I'd known it was coming from China I wouldn't have bothered ordering. The expected delivery date was completely unrealistic for a parcel coming from China.

Be transparent with your location so your customers can make informed decisions.
