The engineer was thorough and looked at all the bait that had been put down previously. Since there was still evidence of an infestation he put down more bait, and made another appointment for 2 weeks time. He was pleasant and efficient.

Thank you for the review! We're really pleased our engineer was so thorough checking all the bait placed previously, topping it up where there was still evidence of activity, and arranging a follow-up visit for two weeks' time. That methodical, staged approach is exactly how we make sure an infestation is dealt with properly rather than just temporarily. It's great he was pleasant and efficient too. Thank you for taking the time to share this we'll see it through with you!
Thanks for your review, glad you were happy with the quick turnaround and service.
We appreciate your support and are here if you need us again.
