Excellent! Darren has come several times and is thorough in his approach. He has taken the time to discuss the various methods he's taking to eliminate the mice. He has also given advice on how we can keep them away. He is friendly, efficient and knowledgable. The office is also friendly and helpful. I would recommend Catch-it for mice.

Very professional! Came out the same day and again the following week and helped us getting rid of our mice!

Beware....instructed this company on 26th Nov 2019 to deal with mice at my rental property. Gave tenants contact details to admin on phone. I then get message asking me to call them to arrange access. Same next morning, call from their pest controller to say hes running late!
Only ferdback ive had is from my tenant. No report, no invoice sent to me despite paying £340 for treatment taken when i first called.

As to the response by Catch It...yes I did receive copy of the Invoice when I requested it but did not receive the original...they seem to think that's my fault. And I am the client not my tenant..payment was made by me and I gave the initial instructions and should have been advised what treatment had been carried out.....

The lady who answered the phone is very professional. We was given good advise on how to deall with the problem. The Man who came to do the job, was so nice to my elderly parents. He took time to explain the process and was helpful and caring and did a very good job. I recommend this company and would use them again. Thank you all.

Would have liked the booking (via the out of hours line) to be a bit smoother but once Tony called me back and explained the full process (bed bugs) I was very impressed. 3x weeks treatment plus 3 month warranty.

The best Pest Control company by far! If I’m honest, I do not normally leave reviews but felt obliged too as these guys are great. This is the 3rd pest control company I’ve used this year to sort out my Rat issue and I only wish I’d found them sooner. It turned out that we needed a Rat valve installed into our drain to prevent the Rats entering and this company were the only people to establish this. Big thank you to Ken who was the technician that attended and the office who were very helpful.

The reason I paid 540 pounds is I did not want to be freaked out again by mouse.

My place is a super tiny apartment. They visited and said they took measures but mice keep showing up again and again.

Nothing worked even in such a small place and today I almost fainted out seeing it again.

When I called the company trembling with fear it said it would call me within 1 hour but it didn't keep the promise too. I regret using here.

Bryn did an amazing job! We were having issues with mice AND rats in our kitchen and Bryn quickly identified the hole where they were coming through and filled it straight away (so not only did he identify the problem, he solved it). I left a piece of cookie to make sure the rats weren’t coming back and it was a pleasure to look in the cupboard and see the uneaten cookie every morning.
He came back later that week to decontaminate our kitchen. He cleaned the area extremely thoroughly.
I don’t think the bottom of my kitchen has ever been so clean.
And, very importantly, he’s a very friendly guy!
I‘ve removed the cookie as I know rats and mice aren’t coming back anytime soon...thank you Bryn!

Bryn and the team were excellent. We had a pretty bad bed bug infestation and considered to move out of the property but after the 2nd treatment the problem was sorted. Very fast response, very good price, excellent communication. I highly recommend them to anyone.
