Setting payments on direct deposit…
Setting payments on direct deposit means I don't have to wonder if I'll have enough left over. And breaking the payments into 20 means it's a small enough amount to not hurt my pocket. I don't even notice while it pays itself off! I started with a new phone, now I'm planning on an e bike. Why not?!

I ordered an iPad through their…
I ordered an iPad through their platform and they immediately started taking payments directly from my paycheck. However, I never received the item. Tracking later showed that the package was returned to the sender, meaning I never got what I paid for.
After reaching out multiple times, their customer service ignored me for days. When they finally responded, they told me I would not be receiving the iPad and would not be getting a refund. Instead, they said the money I already paid would be applied to a completely different product (a TV) — something I never agreed to.
This is unacceptable. I paid for one product, never received it, and now they are refusing to refund me while using my money for something else without my permission.
What makes this worse is that they take money directly from your paycheck, which gives you very little control once something goes wrong.
Based on my experience:
• Customer service is extremely slow or unresponsive
• Refunds are difficult or denied even when items aren’t delivered
• Payments continue even when there is an issue
• They may reallocate your money without your consent
I am now forced to file complaints just to try to get my money back.
I would strongly advise anyone to be cautious using Perpay, especially since they require direct payroll deductions.

Paid for item never received. Perpay won’t accept
I had a terrible experience with Perpay that I feel obligated to warn others about.
I ordered a PS5 through their platform, and the package was marked as “delivered” by FedEx—but it was never actually received. I immediately checked my property and surrounding area, and there was nothing there. Even the delivery photo provided by the driver does not clearly prove it was delivered to my correct address.
I contacted Perpay the same day, expecting support. Instead, I was told to “wait another day” in case it showed up. I followed their instructions. It never did.
Then I was told to file a police report and submit proof. I did exactly that. I filed a report with the City of Minneapolis, provided all details, and was even contacted by a police officer to confirm the case. I submitted the report to Perpay as requested.
That’s when things took a turn for the worse.
Perpay began giving me conflicting information, at one point even claiming I hadn’t submitted the report—despite the fact that I had already sent it. To remove any doubt, I resent the report multiple times.
Now they are refusing to help entirely, claiming I am fully liable for the missing package simply because the police report is “temporary” or “pending”—something completely outside of my control.
Let me be clear: I followed every single step they required, immediately and in good faith. I reported the issue promptly, cooperated fully, and provided documentation. Yet I am being held responsible for a product I never received.
This is unacceptable.
Customers should not be forced to absorb the loss of undelivered items while the company avoids accountability. I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and the Office of the Attorney General.
If you’re considering using Perpay, be aware: if something goes wrong with your order, you may be left completely on your own.

Great Way to Purchase Big Ticket Items
Perpay allows me to purchase big ticket items within the comforts of my home and I never have to think about it. It was even easy to replace my laptop when it was damaged in shipping! I highly recommend this option to purchase larger ticket items.
