How it works now:
They target people who have already lost money to scams.
They promise a "Zero-Risk" recovery, but the fine print says they only provide a "report."
Once you pay their "20% fee" or "gas fees," they disappear, or they claim the rest is "up to the authorities."
They are using the same backend infrastructure (Ref: GoDaddy DCU101146066) linked to known fraud networks like Lionsgate and Payback.
Warning: This is a classic "Double Dip" or "Recovery Scam." They use the same website to rob the same victims twice. Please block or flag all interactions with this domain.
