I ordered a pair of jeans off this site and paid almost $50. The product took three weeks to arrive and when it did, it was not anything like what was advertised. The jeans were a very generic size “XS” with no logo or anything other than a tag that said “Jeans, Size C, XS.” They came in a bag from China though it was sent from Chicago. I ordered a size 0-2 Tall on the site and when I tried them on, they were almost like capris. I also paid $9.99 plus and additional $2 for protected shipping. When I initially reached out, I was offered a $4.00 compensation. I replied that that was not satisfactory, I wanted a full refund. I was then offered $7.00 “after they spoke to their supervisor.” I again replied that this was unacceptable. Next thing I get back is that they have taken my input and will pass it along. So I am getting nothing back. Stay far, far away from this “business.”

A scam company. Was quoted a price in Cdn dollars which was converted to U.S. dollars. I was overcharged by at least 30 dollars. Then when I received the product, it was absolute garbage. Threw it out. Return policy is a joke. Costs more to return than product is worth. Avoid this company at all costs.

I wish I could give a -100. I ordered the windshield cover on December 3,2024. At checkout it was $13.?? Plus $1.?? Shipping. I checkout my email and it's full price at $35.90, then they added $1.08 shipping insurance and shipping was $6.99. They only gave me a $1.79 discount instead of the 45%. I contacted them and they said only 1 discount per order and this order already has a discount so they can't give me another one. I went back and forth with them begging for a refund. The minute I mentioned contacting the FBI scam department, all communication stopped. I have screenshots of these reviews and I will be sharing them along with other reviews from other websites with the fraud and scam department. I actually have them admitting they are a scam site. Not directly admitting, but admitting none the less.

Same as everyone else here I guess. I ordered a car windshield protector back in November. It arrived a couple of days ago. Only it wasn't a windshield protector. It was a blue plastic hose attachment for cleaning dryers. Since we're halfway through winter already and they take forever to deliver, I requested a refund (through PayPal). They won't refund without me sending the hose back at my own expense, rendering the refund useless because I'd be paying almost as much to get my money back. And that's assuming they actually follow through on the refund. Poor communication from customer service, they don't listen to you. I asked for a refund, they gave me a tracking number, I asked for a prepaid shipping label to send the hose back, they told me to send it back at my own expense. PayPal won't help you either. Definitely the kind of site that just wears you down until you give up. 100% scam.

Same problem as other reviews here: ordered windshield covers that never arrived, ordered 11/29. No help from customer service, just more “in transit”. They also charged my credit card $11 more than invoiced amount. Customer service seems to be either ai or someone with poor English skills.

Scam. Paid $50 for 3 All Seasons Sunshade Ice Covers on 12/3/24. Received “parcel status updates” every three days or so until the 1/2/25 update indicated the parcel had made it to the US. That was two weeks ago. Nothing since.

I made an order car snow shields on 12/02/2024, today is 01/12/3025, still no received it! Order was on $45.99, later I saw chipper from same company. They charged me $57.49! I checked where is my order till the end of December, after no updates! Try to write email on support address, no response! Looks like scam! Just filed billing dispute with a Bank!

Update to review. Would give negative stars if possible. Waited several weeks past expected arrival date. Well, product has finally arrived. Garbage. Won’t be giving it as a gift as originally planned. Too embarrassing!

I ordered a windshield cover and literally 10 minutes after placing my order in saw the item cheaper online and tried to cancel. They denied me a refund stating the order has already been processed. I requested the tracking information and saw the order wasn't processed until the next day. I also realized that the item is coming from overseas and it will take longer than I have anticipated.
