I ordered the perfume I wanted, but they sent a different one. Unfortunately, I had already opened the packaging, so I can't send it back. I am very upset that they sent the wrong perfume.

I ordered a perfume from this company…
I ordered a perfume from this company that I had used some years ago, Chopard Pure Wish. It was expensive (£176), but when I received it, the perfume was obviously really old and off. The colour was not as it should have been and the smell was definitely off. I have written to the company so I hope to receive a reply soon. Having now researched the perfume it was apparently stopped In 2000 so the perfume sent to me is potentially 25 years old!

This was the first time I’ve used this company. The prices are great and the cheapest around. The aftershave is 100% authentic. Also delivery was free and arrived within a couple of days. In summary, don’t go anywhere else for your aftershave or perfume. Will definitely use this company again. First class!

Further to reading their reviews, I purchased the Liz Claibourne signature perfume for over £50. The perfume arrived in an appalling condition. It was stale. The packaging was was very poor and showed the perfume had been used or been around for a very long time (frayed and torn and certainly not cellophane wrapped as expected). The date and manufacture info had been torn off. They also took too long to rectify the situation considering I communicated with them immediately with photo evidence. They must have known the condition they were selling the perfume as new in.
Not sure how/why they have such high ratings but I certainly will not trust them again,totally disappointed and disgusted. As if often the case in these circumstances, the 1 star rating is only to enable posting of the review!

Received it on time had a problem with it that was totally my fault however customer service was excellent and I will not have any hesitation to re order from this company again and recommend them to my family and friends
