Avoid this company
I DO NOT recommend this company. The process of returning an item has been an ordeal due to their refusal to provide the appropriate return shipping label. Furthermore, they have the audacity to suggest that I bear additional cost of return shipping and utilize a carrier of my choice. It is important to note that the original $7.95 shipping fee will not be refunded, and I am now expected to incur additional expenses for the return.
The company mails perfume products with the correct hazard labels, adhering to USPS guidelines. However, they provide a standard Ground shipping label for returns that doesn't have the necessary hazard disclosure, which is a violation. Despite my concerns, a company representative informed me that the provided label is correct, a claim that contradicts information received from a USPS representative. PerfumePur indicated that they have never encountered issues with these labels. I will be reporting them for improper shipment labeling.
It is noteworthy that they utilize correct labeling for outbound shipments, but they could care less for return shipments. To avoid this headache, and potentially being charged with a crime I would recommend to avoid this company as if it were the plague.
