My parcel took its time getting to me because Royal Mail can’t use its brain…but hey I guess that’s why they have a problem
But the team at Perfect Cellar were brilliant at locating my package and I finally received it on Saturday.

Excellent customer service
I had made a mistake in the address with my first shipment. When I emailed Perfect Celler on a sunday i was surprised to receive a reply. The address was corrected and i managed to get my wines.
