Excellent customer service
First time using Perfect cellar, the customer service is excellent.
There was a delivery issue due to Royal Mail, I was emailed and called personally by Moez of perfect cellar who refunded me and sent me a replacement free of charge.
Will be wine shopping here from now on.

Had a problem with a couple of Bottles with dodgy Corks!! sorted out by Jack replacements arrived the next day, now that is what i call brilliant Customer Service, Outstanding Value and some amazing Wines, would highly recommend.
