Still no where to be seen, multiple follow ups.
Aus post label created and then MIA .. for over 2 weeks

I would like a Refund asap!

My order PL-2026-00302 was placed on the 22nd of June, and I received an email from the support team on June 26 stating that it was delayed and would be dispatched the next business day. I have still received no items and have been emailing them every day to no response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, A COMPLETE SCAM AND WASTE OF MONEY.

Avoid.

My order remained in "processing" for over a week, despite the website stating that orders placed before 2 pm are shipped the same day.

After I contacted the company, I was told it had been sent, but another week passed with no tracking or delivery. I followed up twice more and requested a refund before I finally received a shipping notification. Throughout the process, I never received a direct response to my emails.

When the order eventually arrived, it was packaged in a plain brown bag with no product label, batch number, or any indication of what the contents were.

Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of communication, the shipping delays, and the absence of basic product identification. I expected a much more professional experience.

I am updating my original review because it no longer reflects my genuine experience.

I was asked to post a FAKE 5-star Trustpilot review as part of a job application process before my interview. After submitting the review, an interview was scheduled, but I did not receive any further communication despite following up.

Because my original review was posted as part of the recruitment process and was not based on my experience as a customer, I no longer believe it accurately represents my own experience. I have therefore updated this review to reflect the circumstances under which it was written.

I hope this helps maintain transparency for both future customers and job applicants.

Authentic Peptides!! don’t write good reviews but I’ve personally used peptide lab for the last 7 months and had no troubles with anything,

Also for the benefit of doubt I did test this at a local testing place cause there’s sooo many scams out they do check out!!

So far so gawd, purchased the Retatrutide and bpc157 was what I bought comparing to other vials from past suppliers I admit the quality does check out to be much much better

also bought the starter pack which came with the bac water and the goods if u know, I had some concerns also at beginning since it’s my diet time which Mary helped with and she did go through with me!

Absolutely nothing but professionalism here!

I received my order from Peptide Lab but the peptide vials are all unlabelled, unmarked with a product name, dosage, or batch number.
RED FLAG!
Lucky I have access through contacts to NATA-accredited chemical testing laboratory. I will be very interested in getting back the results of purity, sequencing and possible contamination.

Order placed 22 May and have received no confirmation of order. All follow up emails have received no response. Very disappointed and think it’s a scam.

me and my hubby has been buying peps for years, seen alot of brands come & go, we never write a review but mary asked if we could provide a submssion only if the expeirince and said to be unbiased so here i am, Yes ive had extreamlly good results here very expensive on some of the vials but i have used the tb-500 and the reta! the qaulity is absultly pure i got them tested before i put in my body as ya know i seen all these news reports out there trying to scare me, but yea you guys are incredible with everything you do!! thanks mary thannks to the team at peptidelab for taking qaultiy to the nexxt level!! ive told all my friend family about you god bless xx

As someone who is still in the process of securing or landing a job, I could say that the hiring team of this company is very accommodating and responsive. Making me think and realize that what I've submitted is worth their review.

My order # PL-2026-00067, one reply from Mary 30th may second half of order delayed 7 days. It's been a month. Order was confirmed 22may. Cant login doesn't recognize email then times me out, ai assistant is fake didn't do anything about login order or updates or escalating the lack of response.

I'm yet another person who never received the items from this company. No response to multiple emails, and eventually had to go to my bank for a refund. Don't use this company for peptides.

The vial of Ret we received was unlabled there was no label on the vial so we didn't even know what the powder was we received. It was not packaged safely was only packaged in a paper bag with no protection for the loose vial inside. Vial arrived damaged the powder was all clumped. Sent email with a formal complaint requesting a refund a week ago with no response. DO NOT order from this company
