Appalling service. Ordered an item as a Christmas present on 3rd December. It's now Christmas Eve and it hasn't arrived. No response to my email querying the delay. Avoid this company. They don't deserve your custom.

If could give them no stars I would complete con artists who take your money and lie over your order I cannot stress enough Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY sure they will be changing name of company soon as they are so bad its not alot of money but I will be taking this further as its the amount of people they are doing this to STAY AWAY DO NOT ORDER

Don’t order just throw your money away! Still waiting weeks later no info about order for weeks

I ordered my magnet on the 2nd December, turned up yesterday (like the email said about 2 weeks to be delivered) I then scared myself by reading reviews.
I’m so happy with the magnet I ordered. It’s not a spitting imagine but you can definitely tell it’s meant to be my nans dog :) I would order from them again

I ordered a magnet which was supposed to look like my cat. It eventually arrived, it wasn’t 100% like my cat but it wasn’t bad. So I ordered another one for a friend with learning difficulties as she loves her cat very much. Well this one eventually arrived and looks nothing like her cat. They refuse to re-do it and have only offered 10% refund. Pretty poor show. Stay away.

Wouldn't usually leave a review but I have been pleasantly surprised after reading other reviews after I ordered, and waiting a month for delivery with no tracking info for parcel, the company responded promptly to my email and said the item would be with me within 7 days. It arrived 2 days later, today, and is really nice and good quality. It is obviously not 100% likeness to our cat but can tell it is supposed to be her and I know my wife will love it. After thinking I had been scammed I am pleasantly surprised to receive exactly what I ordered, just took a long time to arrive.

Ordered and paid was sent a tracking number ages ago telling me was shipped. I cannot track it nor find it

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Ordered on 07/12/24 clearly not UK based as the impression gives. I doubt I'll receive what I ordred by Christmas now as there is no real tracking info and the company have not responded to my email. Dissapointed to say the least.

Ordered 2 items on 8th December (sunday) supposed to receive tracking, nothing. Emailed on Thursday and the response was items ship 2-5 working days, then 7-14 for delivery. Still not shipped and 6 working days gone, not answering emails either! Will be reporting them

Ordered coat for my son’s dog, after two uses zip broke.
Contacted company, rubbish reply along lines “item had been used” offered 10% refund towards cost of replacement zip.
No thanks, last order with this company. I suppose you get what you pay for!

don't know what all these 1 stars are about, i ordered a couple of keyrings for my partner for christmas as a memoriam for our dogs. they arrived today and they're fantastic. although its not all positive, i feel as though they could have some sort of protective coating because it feels like they will scratch easily and the image could fade. secondly the delivery time was appalling and very little to no communication. hopefully a coat of clear lacquer will do the job of protecting the images.

Do not buy anything from this company ordered figurine of my dog looked nothing like it when it eventually arrived said they would do replacement then changed their minds and gave me a 25% refund yet to recieve tho.

Same as everyone else. Only gave 1 star as 0 not possible. Worst company I've ever used. Dog looks nothing like what I sent. They've sent a generic item not custom made like it states. Stuck in a loop trying to get a refund from what seems automated email replies not a real person. Avoid this company like the plaque.

Terrible company. Item took weeks for delivery. Model was much smaller than in the advert and looked absolutely nothing like my pet. I gave one star only because zero wasn’t a choice. Total waste of money and no chance of a refund. 😡

Avoid this company! I've realised the website address is .UK rather than .co.uk so is not in the UK at all which explains the loooooong delivery waits and shoddy products. Do not use.

I ordered two magnets, as the advert indicated they were individually made to your photo. This is a lie, they have obviously bulk bought genetic magnets probably cheap from China.
I got a white poodle instead of a golden brown cokapoo. Plus there is a slight resemblance to the tabby cat I ordered.
They took weeks to arrive as well.
I’ve asked for a replacement for the white poodle one and after weeks of waiting they are now saying I can only have a 10% refund as they think it resembles my photo.
Obviously they are colour blind too

Wish I had never wasted my money, will keep pursuing for a refund they obviously have no idea about the sake of goods act

Trading standards may be interested as they have so many negative reviews

So disappointed, thought I had found an unusual gift,

Ordered a simple product 11th November and it arrived 1st December after having to chase this company 2-3 times. I bought the scratch protector for my sofa, within a couple of minutes the product peeled off. Now I'm asking for a refund I'm told I need to complete a revoke form outlining the issue. On reply I've been asked to send a video! Just return my money!!

Auful company

Having purchased a magnet suppose to be handmade to a likeness of our family dog it arrived and was as generic as a mass produced piece.
Having read the website to see there was a 14 day return policy I contacted them to request to return and get a refund. I have had many subsequent emails offering incremental refunds and this is still not resolved. STAY AWAY FROM THE FRAUD COMPANY!

I will add to all the awful reviews. This company is a scam and to be avoided at all costs! I got ridiculously defective goods (paid £100 for a dog sofa which turned out to be a lumpy flat mess). I’ve had repeated emails offering a discount before threats of how much it will cost to return and it will probably go missing which I’d be liable for! I paid through PayPal so have my hopes they will sort it as I have photos of said joke of a dog sofa. Please take note and do not give these crooks your money
